I arrived early however the lobby was not open due to staffing. There was a little bit of a wait in drive thru but worth the wait. The donuts and coffee were fresh and I scored a munchkin tin. Service was good despite the staffing challenges.

I honestly wouldn’t waste money here. Starbucks will be more worth the prices. The staff was rude, as hell. And not a SINGLE thing was correct. My avocado toast didn’t have bacon on it, which I did pay for it said on the receipt, I didn’t get my bagel, and the 2 wake up wraps weren’t done correctly. 2nd time this week they messed up my coffee. First one had basically no creamer, this one was all creamer and milk! Where is the coffee?!! I read the order on the sticker and there is NO COFFEE!!! Both tasted disgusting. the staff here need more training and better customer service, all rude. the drink that’s all creamer was suppose to be a caramel craze. Employees need training on how to make the drinks correctly. Paid $7 for a damn cup of creamer and NO COFFEE.

This the first time in a while we got our donuts in a box. They throw them in a bag & often upside down. Frosting is barely there & this has been this way for a couple months now. Won’t be going back anymore. Gas station donuts are better quality

Everytime I come here the workers are rude and my coffee is always trash. The donuts always look like the icing is melted. This was supposed to be the new cotton candy donut but this looks nothing like the picture advertised.

Ummm just went by at 7:30 on Saturday evening to get a donut and they were already closed. Why advertise that you close at 8 when all your employees is going to do is close when they want. It’s a donut shop whats the reason of not staying open til the time you say. Get right

The last couple months it’s gone down hill at this location. I don’t know if it’s new employees they hire but service has been crap. Donuts taste old 90% of the time. Glaze barely on the “glazed” donuts or donut holes and they’ve made my order wrong even on a slow day with no wait. Won’t be coming here anymore. Don’t waste your time or money.

We decided to get breakfast out today. We ordered Iced Chai tea. It tasted like a slight flavor of chai with milk. Very weak on their flavorings.
Next were the Sourdough Breakfast sandwiches. We had to pull up and wait for our order. It’s going to be nice, fresh and hot right!!, Nope wrong! The sandwich was ice cold. The bread wasn’t toasted, it was cold and stale. The eggs we’re cold the bacon was cold. WTH Dunkin Donuts! I changed my previous 4 star to a 2 star! What is going on in there???
We love the sourdough sandwich. The only issues is that one time the bread is lightly toasted, the next time it’s not. From now on I’ll just ask for it to be toasted. The sourdough definitely taste better toasted. Employees are very pleasant.

Rude!! I go here frequently, but this morning i had bad service. I ordered 2 donuts and 2 hash browns. One donut had very little icing so i asked for a different one. The lady pulled the tray out for me to pick one, put it in the bag and then threw the bag at me!
Then made me wait 10 more minutes for soggy, cold hash browns as a punishment. I asked nicely for a different donut and was treated so so rudely. I won’t say the employees name.
