I have had food from here several times but yesterday was my last. I ordered for delivery an XL margarita pizza; already this pizza is overpriced since it has so few ingredients. But the pizza came lacking with any herbs or basil at all (see the picture). Literally just cheese and tomato bits. They did not tell me at all about this issue before I opened the pizza box at home. Why didn’t they call to ask about an ingredient swap? They had my number and the delivery driver called me when he was outside.
I came up to the front desk today to let them know of the issue and the front guy gave me two “coupons”, but these are just the standard coupons anybody gets…how is that restitution for their mistake?
I also got 12 buffalo mild chicken wings in the same order. These came correct; but the sauce had a really terrible smell, almost would make me puke.
I am also rating 1 for atmosphere because I did not appreciate that in previous orders the restaurant front person asked for tips (even implicitly) on a pickup order. That makes no sense; customers should not be asked to tip at all on pickup orders.
The decrease in quality and quality control at the restaurant is a shame. I just will never order again plain and simple.

I love Pizza Parma! I’m lucky enough to work very close and can come for a slice or a delicious hoagie often. They have the biggest slices in Shadyside! The pizza is fresh and yummy. The service is also awesome. Ali always takes good care of me when I come in. I definitely recommend grabbing a slice or more.

What truly made the visit special, though, was the incredible service. Nicki was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers.

First time eating here. Came all the way from texas and stumbled upon this gem of a place. Nikki was more than courteous and helpful dissecting the menu down for our specific cravings. I’m so glad they were open late too!! Thank you for quality service and pizza.

These folks know how to provide a good customer experience to clients. I went with my wife and children to get some slices before hitting home for bed time. The owner said that one of our orders ended up being messed up, and as an apology, they offered us a small cheese pizza. On top of that, the lady who works at the kitchen treated our children so well offering fries for free. They loved Pizza Parma and its crew! Don’t have enough words to highlight their kindness.

We were in town for the Steelers/Bills game and staying at nearby AirBNB. Dropped in at lunch for take out. Ordered a personal pizza. Was put in a box with a little plastic piece in the middle to keep the box from collapsing. The restaurant is small – one big table inside. BUT – this was one of the BEST pizzas I’ve ever had! The crust was the perfect composition – not too thin or crispy. Sauce was very tasty and the perfect amount – not too dry or runny. I’ve had many pizzas in NYC and in FL and this ranked right up there with those. My only criticism is they could add a couple chairs in the opposite corner from the table so people waiting could sit.
