Ordered a big order through Uber eats. Waited almost 2hrs with multiple driver changes until finally a driver told us the workers gave our order to a different driver also picking up for almost the same name. The worker then gave our driver an attitude and refused to remake our order, forcing us to accept the order or demand a refund. Mind you, we ordered two large meals with drinks and the meal they wanted us to accept was a couple of crunch wraps and cinnamon twists instead. We’ve had nothing but problems ordering from this location, with either our order being messed up in some way or another or items missing completely. I feel bad for the driver that got an attitude when they asked to have our order remade since THEY’RE the ones at fault for messing up so horribly

Wow. Where do I even start? This Taco Bell is something else. First, let’s talk about the guy working the drive-thru—large in size, but even larger in attitude (and not in a good way). This man must have skipped the “basic courtesy” section of the training manual. Smiling? Nope. Eye contact? Forget about it. And heaven forbid he actually hands you your drink. No, you have to do the lean-and-reach special like you’re playing a game of Drive-Thru Twister.
Let’s discuss the so-called “taco” I was served. I opened that wrapper expecting, oh, I don’t know, a normal portion of meat? Nope! What I got was a sad, soggy shell with barely a teaspoon of ground beef. It was so pitiful, I was half-wondering if I was supposed to bring my own ingredients.
This place needs a serious overhaul—better staff, better service, and maybe a real scoop of meat. Until then? Hard pass.

Outside of the friendly experience and the timely fashion that the food came out also experienced Community at his finest considering having a long time friend work here there’s a sense of Home that I get when I’m at this Taco Bell in particular.

I came here and got the new chicken cantina taco. I just took a bite when I noticed the chicken was purple. I immediately called as I am grossed out and the “manager” was laughing on the phone, being rude, telling me that the chicken being purple has nothing to do with them, etc. being very unprofessional. I am extremely grossed out and unhappy with the way the “manager” (so she says) handled the situation.

Service here has improved beyond comprehension and the food is top tier. Been stopping here for food and snacks a lot more recently and enjoyed every meal I’ve gotten so far. Really loving Taco Bell ♥️
