I’ve been a fan of the famous White Castle sliders since I was a kid. But all I had was the frozen ones from the store. Today I was in Detroit for work and stopped in here for my first time in an actual White Castle.
I ordered the original sliders, so much better than the frozen ones. I loved the fries too, perfectly cooked!
I read some of the bad reviews for this particular location but I had no problems at all. My order was made quickly and correctly. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I asked for 8 grape jelly packets for my 4 breakfast sandwiches and she gave me 3 so I asked for 5 more so she threw 2 at me and said that’s 5. Very unprofessional and rude. WILL NOT BE BACK. Customer service is absolutely horrible. She really threw condiment packets at me because I asked for more . HER NAME IS “RACHEL”. She’s heavy set, dark skin, older lady with big dramatic lashes, and purple eyeshadow. I will tell everyone abt this so they know not to come here. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL

The manger on shift on Sunday December 7th at 8:52pm short dark skin lady is the rudest person ever and don’t need to work in customer service especially not being a manager. I ordered over 51 dollars worth of food and half my order was missing when I pulled back to the window she was very upset because she didn’t feel like making the rest of my order when in fact I had the receipt and food she gave me she slammed the drive thru window and started talking about me to the other workers I asked her for a refund and told her keep the food.Her service was horrible and she really need to learn how to speak to people.

Go to this location very often and TODAY might’ve been my last time! The service and conversation is usually professional and polite from this team!! However Today , not at all 07/16/2025 around 9:45/10:00PM the female taking orders at the speaker was SO RUDE . I could tell my questions were annoying her completely, the tone drop and aggravation in her voice said it all. Made me order less just to avoid getting cussed out by the girl .
