First time at this Applebees, sat at the bar and Cerena the bartender was fantastic even made sure we were informed that 1/2 priced apps was approaching soon so we could get a deal. Able to enjoy some fun casual conversation with other patrons as well! 10/10 rated Eggcellent!

Our waitress was very nice, but the food not so much. I ordered a bacon burger that came out gray and completely pink falling apart the burger could not stay together and it was ice cold. The fries on 2 orders came out completely cold and my daughter ordered the chicken parm but the cheese melted on top resembled plastic. My other daughter’s salad was fine and the chicken sandwich on the other order was taken home in a to go box. Not really sure what happened here tonight but this experience is definitely on our list of places to avoid.

What i loved is the screens that are on each table. Kept my daughter busy throughout lunch. The stakes werent the best meat, had one of our steak redone because it was well done and we ordered medium still we got rare at the end. All in all good place but the steaks werent the best

I think this is one of Applebee’s better locations.
I had the bacon ranch crispy chicken. The wife had sweet and spicy crispy chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. Big piece of chicken hung out over bun. Both with fries lightly seasoned. Bacon was nice and chewy both cooked just right.
Our servers Garry was great he seamed happy full of smiles and upbeat. Definitely likes his job. Thank you Garry for the great service.
Also they have full bar.

Great customer service . The place look nice and clean . I order chicken bourbon with shrimp it comes with mashed potatoes. It my first time trying this meal it was ok . If you’re a person that love over seasoned well this is a good meal to try. For me I don’t like the chicken to be over seasoned and oily. Love the appetizer boneless honey barbecue with ranch .

My experience was wonderful! My server, Lillian was the absolute best! She made sure we was good! I saw on TV that Applebee’s had an all you can eat special and just had to try it. Everything was good, I have no complaints! Get Lillian as your server for the BEST experience!

It was Christmas Eve and all through the kitchen, call in orders were abundant. Our order took longer than usual. However staff and management were very apologetic, kind, caring and very professional. All in all a very comfortable setting, very relaxing.

I haven’t been to Applebee’s in probably over 15 years but when I used to go I always got the Bourbon Street steak. I had some work to do in plaistow on October 27th 2025 and on my way home to Lawrence I stopped at Applebee’s for obvious reasons. I sat at the bar and asked if they still had the Bourbon Street steak and she said they did (to my surprise). She asked me how I wanted it I said medium rare I went to the bathroom as she was pouring my beer I came out sat down and probably 3 minutes later out comes my bourbon Street steak. I took my fork a knife and started cutting in to the steak and even though I was only two or three cutting motions in, it felt like I was trying to cut through a baseball glove with a bone in it. The bartender who seemingly came out of nowhere cuz I didn’t even notice her standing there said “is that okay because it doesn’t look okay”. I told her I’m not sure I haven’t even taken a bite yet but I can’t even cut through it. And she asked me if I wanted another one and I said “Ihate to be that guy I don’t send stuff back I just shut my face and eat it”. And she told me you don’t have to be that guy I’ll do it for you. I was amazed, I didn’t even take a single bite but she knew just by watching me trying to cut through that thing that it wasn’t going to be edible. She took it away and had a brand new one made for me and I couldn’t have appreciated it more. I would have just sat there and found a way to get that thing down my throat because I don’t like getting people in trouble if they don’t deserve it. I don’t think it was the cooks fault I think it was just a bad chunk of meat and he didn’t deserve to be reprimanded or whatever because of something he had no control over. That bartender was so on top of everything it was insane. She was always right there whether I needed her or not and I noticed how she was on top of everything with all the other customers too. Basically what I’m trying to say is this, whoever the bartending girl that was there on Monday night October 25th between 6:00 and 8:00 was hands down the best service I’ve had from any waiter, server, bartender in 20 years. Whoever that girl is deserves a raise and praise. It’s bartender/servers like that that get peole to come back.
PS. I don’t go to restaurants a lot at all because I have OCD and I’m EXTREMELY impatient and the way restaurants operate where you have to ask for every single little thing and then wait for somebody to bring it to you are obviously places I don’t want to willingly be. But due to obvious reasons and some not so obvious reasons I end up in restaurants sometimes. I will be willingly going back to this Applebee’s just because of what happened to me that night. It might work out just as good and it might work out horrible but I will be going back to find out just because of the experience I had that night. That girl’s a keeper and if I were you guys I would make sure that she’s happy and comfortable there because she is the last employee that you would ever want to lose IMO. Thank you bartender girl whatever your name was Applebee’s should be happy to have you. Whenever you guys get new employees just point to her and tell them to do whatever it is she’s doing because I would imagine that is exactly how Applebee’s wants all their employees to perform.
