Normally I get breakfast most mornings. Michelle is the sweetest and always goes above and beyond. But it’s like when she isn’t there nothing goes right. I don’t feel like it’s that hard to not serve cold food or oatmeal that’s insanely over watered. Safe to say if Michelle isn’t there I think I’m just gonna drive off. Because this is so disappointing.

Waited in drive thru for 15 min. Then was parked for another 20 minutes and they give the woman next to me my order then hand it to me after she handled it all. Part of my order was missing so I just went inside and waited another damn near 10 minutes for 10 nuggets and a large fry. The female short manager pink shirt was extremely unprofessional didn’t even apologize. I could see being short staffed but there was close to 10 people working. Also vanilla iced coffee sugar free was extremely bad, and over sweet it’s never like that. Maybe yall should worry more about getting the orders out right instead of parking a ton of orders. Never gonna let them park me again.

Breakfast at this location absolutely sucks. We placed a mobile order, and had our food practically thrown at us. My sweet tea tasted like it was mixed half and half with lemonade, it was disgusting. We ordered large drinks and did not get monopoly pieces on the cups, that was the entire reason I ordered a large.

Store was pretty clean, food was decent but the service was mostly horrible. Teen age boy was rude as ever. The female manager was nice but should’ve corrected the boy multiple times. Almost got hit in the face with the tray he was handing my husband.

me and my family had mcdonald’s
doordashed to our house. it was estimated to be here at about 8:23, and at 9:30 it still wasn’t here. over an hour later it still wasn’t here. the driver was at the restaurant and they said they lost our order. we don’t usually order doordash, but this was the worst experience we have ever had. i understand all the reasons that it could’ve been late, but one hour is ridiculous.

I drive right past the Patrick Street McDonald’s every morning but I went out of my way this morning and drove to the South Charleston McDonald’s on Jefferson Road because I thought I would get a better breakfast experience, but I was really disappointed when I got to work sit down to eat my breakfast I had very small and burnt biscuits, I avoided Patrick Street McDonald’s because they do not have anyone there that can make biscuits, it appears that this McDonald’s must’ve hired the same person to make their biscuits. This is my go to McDonald’s when I know that I’ll get great food and great service, I don’t know what happened this morning but these should’ve never been sold.
