I’m a frequent flier with multiple work trips here every week Miranda is our favorite! We got her on her first shift ever and she was on top of it. Months later she’s been the best and we appreciate her helping us every time. Years ago this tide was my least favorite because of the service but it has totally improved and has become my favorite.

I was there on Friday with my girlfriend and her friend. We were seated by the pool tables and by the door. We ordered our food and we noticed there was a lot of flies all over our food. We also noticed the door on the right side was open and right near the door was a trash can attracting flies. I try to call a supervisor or manager to address this issue. I was told there was not management at night shift but that someone acting as a manager will be right by my table. I show and explain to the acting supervisor or manager that there was a lot of flies on our drinks and food and he said okay and what you want me to do?. I was surprised by his response since base on my experience you should replace food or refound money for food and drinks that were affected. The door remain open and flies where all over. We didn’t receive anything. Also another day we were charged 18% gratitude without informing me, is not acceptable. On their manue it states 8 or more people will be charged 18%. We were 3-4 I end up paying 55+ tips.

The food is delicious!!!! The wings are crispy and soaked in sweet and savory sauce. Served with crispy fries. The ahi tuna poke was fresh and vibrant. The crispy wontons add another crunch to the bite. The burger patty was moist and well seasoned. The calamari was crunchy outside and chewy inside. It would pair better with sweet chili sauce. I ordered an old fashion as was charge $3 for the ice…was shocking to me overall the food was delicious and service was quick and amazing! Love the vibe this place gives out. Even have poop tables, music box and some slots. Go during happy hour caused you’ll get some great deal for delicious food and drinks…minus the extra charge for the ice

We went for drinks the other night and the bartender Lacy was hilarious. She was so welcoming and made us feel like we were regulars, which we now plan on being. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was fantastic but she was the best part!

This is a great place to vome chill, watch games, bring your kids! The food was great. Hot and ready to eat! The have pool and pin ball. There are also some other little games to play! There is a TV on every wall which is great because then you can sit anywhere. This location also has a new adult side so you can go smoke and gamble without kids, great idea! The servers was great as well.

Went there a couple weeks ago, it was delicious! Some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had!!! We got it to go but staff was very nice. It was a little dark in the reastraunt and it was only 1pm but maybe that’s how it always is? Anyways I highly recommend. Big menu and only took about 15 minutes for our order to be prepared! We will be back to try new food!

Great service…. Unfortunately, we went on NFL draft night, so it was a little busy. My friend ordered the pineapple fosters. It seemed like it was canned pineapple with two scoops of ice cream. It was not caramelized, and it seemed a little overprised for what we got.

Local and 24/7!!! Great service and some of the best prices you could ask for in town! I normally go late night, Jenna is the best lady in service, she will deliver the best for you! Happy hours, Graveyard specials! You can’t beat the atmosphere, Adult gaming, a 21+ area with smoking, pool tables, decent sized space for seating. Decent selection of drinks, local brews, and liquor! Food is amazing! well priced, and worth every penny! My go to on a late night and for the budget minded!

My sister in law who is from Reno but currently lives in Bayarea recommend this place saying that the food is amazing and I can say it definitely was amazing along with the staff. I never been to Sparks and I fell in love with the city. We’ll be back!

Food is good for the price, happy hour is the best for sport’s bar used to go to bully’s and am a big fan here now. The reason for 1 star is the service. Not just hit or miss we had a server tip herself 18% when there was 5 of us. Gf used to work in service and said it’s normally on a party of 6. We tried to reason with it with maybe we were too much or demanding and were okay with it. Come to find out the menu actually says they only do this auto tipping on parties of 8 or more. It makes us want to go to another one. Maybe ask for a different server, avoid Sierra’s section if you can. A good tip is earned. Sometimes the service is mediocre or we wait for a long time when it’s busy but we only had this experience with her so far. Rating would be higher if it wasnt for this.
