I had an amazing experience at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts thanks to Mr. Antonio! He was absolutely awesome. His customer service was top tier, very professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Antonio has such a fun, positive attitude and personality that truly makes your visit enjoyable.
My son and I always come here, and this place is very special to us. On our way home, we make it a point to stop by, and my son even calls himself “Mr. Donut Man” because he loves coming to this donut shop so much. The warm, friendly atmosphere, especially from Antonio, makes every visit memorable.
If you are stopping by, come see Antonio or the entire crew at Krispy Kreme on First Avenue in Birmingham. They are a great team. Please remember to treat everyone there with care, kindness, and respect because they are truly wonderful people and truly deserve it. ✨

The way the drive thru is at this location. The outside appears of the building could definitely use an upgrade. Service was good the cashier was nice and pleasant. I only gave 4 stars because the outside looks horrible like the windows don’t look like they been washed in years. I probably will not be visiting the location simply because of the appearance of the building

For our first KK experience at this location, we give them five stars. We purchased 3 dozens of glazed donuts. They were very fresh and hot even though we didn’t see the hot and ready light on. The inside was clean and an employee was sweeping the lot outside at the time. The employees were excellent. Definitely will visit again.

Made an order for special seasonal donuts for my son who was coming home to visit in the morning. Show up and told they cannot fulfill my order. No apologies. Absolutely no sense of they cared. They should have contacted me and let me they could not fulfill my order. My last visit a few weeks ago at this location was a positive one. Today was a zero due to lack of care.

I don’t know what’s going on, but this location used to always have hot donuts, but for several months now they have not had any hot donuts at all. I could drive in good faith over 30 minutes to this location and they would have hot donuts all the time now they don’t have any at all 98% of the time . I came here just to see if anyone else complained

I just wanted to say I’ve bought doughnuts from this location for years and never have they looked like this! When I opened the box after I was several miles away my jaw hit the floor. It looks like they just dumped the icing over the doughnuts in the box. Some don’t even resemble a doughnut. Needless to say that was my last trip. Find employees that care about their work.

I was here for 2 dozen donuts,I had a coupon. The frozen drink looked so good I ended up purchasing that it was delicious and well worth the money. I am glad I stopped the facility was clean and the donuts were hot!

I have been to this location twice and both times it was horrible. A disgrace to the whole krispy kreme brand. First of all, the only thing that was hot was the bulb in the sign advertising hot donuts. No hot chocolate, no hot lattes, and certainly no hot donuts. I even asked the lady specifically if they had hot coffees since last time i was given a frozen one when i didnt order it frozen and then i was still given a frozen latte again. The donuts are hard, stale and just overall do not taste good at all. There is way too much powdered sugar in the glaze or else way too much glaze on the donut…I’ve had clearance donuts from walmart that are better. And the staff is just rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. You will be wasting your money if you go here.

Was open on time at 6AM. All the lights were on outside and inside, made it so inviting. The inside was spotless, everything clean, shiny, organanized, and in its place. Shout out to the management who has kept this Halmark in our community in such GREAT shape…..
