I am very unhappy with the quality of this food! Yuck! The tots arrived cold, stale and not full. Idaho is the land of potatoes so there should be no shortage. Why weren’t they full and fresh? Sonic is only a block from me. I ordered through Door Dash bc I am disabled. It was $22 total. This food isn’t worth that! The burger was soaked with mayo which I don’t like and I didn’t see an option on the app that could remove it or else I would have. I had to scrape off the mayo and add mustard and plus the bun was hard and stale. This is unacceptable for the amount I paid. See photos below ⬇️. It’s disappointing to say the least. The best thing was the Diet Coke.. it’s difficult to mess that up. I would like someone from management to contact me about this issue.

We ordered two dirty Dr peppers online, which we have never had an issue with before, but today they were absolutely disgusting. For $9.50 I’d expect at least a decent soda but the soda itself tasted off and there was zero flavoring in them other than an old lime floating on the top.. We don’t go through and ask for refunds EVER but again $10?? We decided to go through the drive thru and see if we could get them remade or refunded and were met with only attitude even after apologizing multiple times for being a bother. The manager working (idk the name but had a love tattoo on his neck and a backwards hat) gave us the silent treatment and basically threw the receipt in our face after once again we apologized. Safe to say we’re not coming back and recommend not even bothering when your food is messed up, you’ll just be met with nastiness no matter how respectful you go about it.

Ordered a hotdog. The bun was hard & stale like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. The hotdogs itself was cold. It wasnt even room temperature, if I had to guess, id say the hotdog was barely 70 degrees in temperature. It almost felt like the center of the hotdog had just thawed out

Ordered from DoorDash the other night and got really bad food poisoning/ bacteria infection. Gotta be better sonic! Reached out to customer service and they said the manager would reach out to me and I haven’t heard anything. Just an update I had area supervisor Brent mills reach out to me via email and did nothing to rectify the situation. I was told nothing has happened like this in the 4 years he’s been there and he would talk to employees that was it. What a pathetic response from a supervisor. This is very sad sonic you guys gave someone food poisoning and made them suffer for a week and that’s the best you got. Pathetic!

I ordered a pretty large amount of food and spent a large amount of money. The fries I received were soggy and greasy and tasted like OLD oil. They tasted dirty, as well as my pretzel. It tasted old and dirty, my onion rings were burnt to a CRISP and inedible I had to spit them out. Along with that, none of sauces I ordered came with the food. The drinks were meh. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed.

The wait was long and we were disappointed that the mozzarella sticks didn’t have marinara sauce included with them. The worker Kyrie was awesome! She was super kind and helpful. She went out of her way to go grab us some ketchup and extra napkins even though it was busy!

The quality of their food has went down so much. Got a breakfast toaster. The sausage was barely half the size of the toaster and over cooked and dry. Horrible. Noticed a review previous to mine. It was very similar complaint . And sonic’s response was a number to call. But you call the number and it’s not inservice. And the establishment won’t answer their phone either. But the girl at the drive thru was very professional and courteous

One of my favorite fast food places that also has some delicious drinks and desserts. Try the cream slush, no longer on the official menu but they still serve it. The diet cherry limeade is great. The cheeseburgers are half price after 5pm on Tuesdays and aren’t shrink sized.

Sometimes there is quite a long wait. However, if Jessica is there, she is the absolute best employee that has EVER worked at this location. And trust me… I’ve been here more than I’d like to admit. She is always so cheerful and quick. I always know my order will be done correctly if Jessica is there.

Ive tried so hard for months not to post on here negatively. However, I honestly do not understand why we have a sonic and fun menu items if they look nothing like the picture and tastes are cold, stale, gross, expensive for nothing. A few weeks back my daughter found a fly in the ice of her drink. Frozen! I keep reaching out each time and try to give the benefit to the workers… but seriously I think Im officially done with Sonic in Pocatello. My drink tonight looked nothing like picture. I corrected it and yet again it didnt look like the picture.
