Terra Mia is
Real Italian Food for Pooler, GA!
The Genesis of Terra Mia Italian Bistro & Pizzeria began in a different time and a different land During the era of Josie’s Restaurant, in Naples, Italy . Gary and his siblings were little more than children, but already struggling with dishes and pans. More than family, they were united by a common bond. Not just by lineage, but by the same passion for the kitchen, the customers, the dining experience.
Casual Italian eatery serving Neapolitan-style pizzas, calzones, pasta & classic entrees.

I’ve passed by this restaurant for years!!! We’ve tried a fee times in the last month. To early, late and closed on Sunday. Well, we went for dinner and it was sooo good!!! JIAGIO (?) Our server was new and he was so perfect because we were learning about the menu together. If your order a salad, ask them to split it. The Italian dressing is home made. The tomato soup!!!!!! YUMMY!!! THE BEST I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! NOT GOING INTO DETAILS ABOITBWJAT WE ORDERED BECAUSE I THINK EVERYTHING ON THE MENU WOULD BE DELICIOUS. PLEASE, PLEASE SROP IN FOR DINNER. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! Music was perfect. Parking is tough but there is a food lion where you can park to. I did hear sometimes there is a wait so get there early or late. They close at 10.

The service was exceptional and welcoming, and the food was of excellent quality. We were kindly offered complimentary garlic knots, which were delicious. We ordered the bruschetta, Margherita pizza, chicken Alfredo, and L’Italiano, and every dish was beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed.
Although we arrived close to closing time, the staff graciously accommodated us and never made us feel rushed, even after closing. We sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism and apologize for the late timing. It was a wonderful dining experience and definitely worth visiting.

Our favorite restaurant in the entire Savannah area, and one of the best Italian restaurants along the Georgia coastal region. Friendly service that is authentic and showcases the culture of the establishment. This place fills up in the evenings (opening at 3:00) and a short wait is inevitable on the weekends, but always worth it. My partner and I have a lot of great memories here, but we continue to go back for the food. When the urge for the best pizza around hits, we know where to go. And with incredible entrees, like veal parmigiana or lasagna or just some flavorful garlic knots, this place draws us back every time, and portions large enough to ensure we bring a box or two home every single time. Love it here.

Perfect stop on our way from South Carolina to Florida!
The staff was incredibly polite, and the pasta was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Cozy atmosphere, generous portions, and no wait time. A great find during our travels — highly recommend!

The food was very good. This was some of the best Italian food we’ve had since moving to Georgia from New York. I would definitely recommend the shrimp scampi, the fettuccine and the pizzas. The veal was very good the only draw back in my opinion was the thick breading. We split a greek salad which was very fresh and crisp. We also received complimentary garlic knots which were very good. Will visit again when in the Savannah area

If your looking for some good Italian food this is the place to go. I had the lasagna and my wife had pasta with clams in white sauce. The garlic knots were pretty good also. The restaurant itself is not very big but big in flavor for their food. All in all I got what I was looking for in Italian food.

Best hole in the wall Italian. They make their sauces fresh in house. I wish they would do the same for the pasta. Pizza is good as well. Place is small and mostly crowded. Wait times are not bad.

Been dining here for a few years now. I’d come here twice a week when I lived down the road. Now living in Athens, I don’t get out here often, but Terra Mia is a must stop when I’m here. Food is always so good, staff wonderful and friendly. Never any complaints. Owners awesome! This place is definitely a gem. Dining room is small though so plan your dining time accordingly. They do get very busy at dinner time.

This place was full, so we had to sit at the bar. I noticed a lot of carry out meals were being picked up, which means locals must like the place. Our waited was super friendly. We had the house specialty with chicken and shrimp, along with a tortellini dish. Both dishes had the pink sauce and they were delicious! The garlic knots that come free with the meal are very tasty with hunks of garlic and served with a dipping marinara. Can’t wait to be back in town and eat here again!

Wasn’t sure what to expect since the building used to be an old fast food restaurant but the service was good and so was the food. The shrimp asiago had large shrimp and fresh vegetables in it. The fried mozzarella was also very good – squares not sticks. Wasn’t a fan of the garlic knots since I like mine dripping in garlic butter. Overall, it is a good place for good Italian food and based on the constant flow of patrons coming in, many others think so too.
