Homeless people everywhere. Food is hit or miss alot of the time. Also the only burger king that makes you feel weird and must clarify for doing the 2 for 5 deal that has been around for a long time now. They talk to you like you’re an idiot if you don’t specify and will absolutely try to charge full price. Some of the employees are much nicer than others but most seem to hate their job.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. After we placed an order through the drive-thru, I went inside to use the restroom. When I asked for access, the employee told me I needed to make a purchase first. I explained that I had already done so, yet she still refused to help and claimed she didn’t have the key. I noticed there was a keypad but made no effort to provide the code or assist further. I waited for over ten minutes, but no one ever came out of the restroom. Strangely, she allowed my wife to use it right away. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope management takes appropriate action to improve customer service at this location.

Never got a receipt.
I ordered whopper with bacon, medium fries and Dr. Pepper.
Burger was cold and put together sloppy.
Fries were just barely warm.
Dr. Pepper was a diet coke…YUK !!!!
Don’t know why I had to wait so long for food cause it wasn’t even fresh.
Girl at window had attitude.
To the people that work at this BK…..if you don’t like your job…go do something else.
To the owner of this BK….shut it down before you get sued.

The photos are from the S. Nevada location, and ultimately, what makes me say “no” to future visits to any BK in Colorado Springs.
I paid 40 cents for a slice of tomato. You can see I got it. Cool. I paid 30 for lettuce. I had to look HARD to find two very small shreds of lettuce.
Furthermore, there’s no mention of an uncharge for adding tomato and lettuce to a cheeseburger.
On previous visits: Undercooked Fries and breakfast potatoes.
No straw provided on a drive-through visit 2x. On one occasion I noticed, so asked for a straw, then didn’t get my debit card back.
I’m done.
I miss the days when I could get a quick, tasty meal from BK. Unwilling to try again.

Tried to come here in three different occasions and they always seem to be out of a main ingredient. You get stuck in their drive through when this happens as well. There’s other BKs across town that are stocked!

Me and my parents went in to the burger king on South Nevada to order food and we order 3 wopper meals and they only have us two drinks and then they bagged our food and even told the other people that’s our food and they let it sit on the counter for a good 10ish minutes and then when we said something they got additude and said “you should of said something” but it’s not my job it’s their job to give me my food

2. I went there once but one person smelled like alcohol, another person was homeless, and another person was just standing up not saying anything when he ordered.
3. The burger was cold.
4. Large fries’ portion was little.

Service here very hit or miss. The one big thing is they don’t let you customize your order, don’t know what happened to “have it your way” or ” you rule”!!! Contacted corporate they don’t care!/

I placed an order on DoorDash for two double whoppers, a large Fry, and large drink. I didn’t get everything I ordered so I walked back up there to get my order replaced. I explained everything to the manager Lisa and said “I understand mistakes happen that these were the items I was missing” with an attitude she told me I was wrong about the size of the fry and drink but usually when I order a large combo the drinks are in the white cups and the fries are larger than the mediums. She did replace my missing sandwich but didn’t upsize anything for the inconvenience and started talking to her other workers about me. I wouldn’t recommend going back to that location. The manager name again was “Lisa”
