I never leave reviews, but I honestly hope whatever is going on, a manager or something can fix this because I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes, usually I don’t care. Things happen and fast paced dining can be hard. My problem is I was one of two people in line, and HALF my order was forgotten. An entire meal. I had my drinks just sitting in the window that entire time watching them get warm. I had to return to get my food and saw yet another person who was also waiting probably 20 minutes just to get their order taken.

This review only reflects on the establishment at 627 E. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee, WI. 53212 – I ordered a Taco Salad: “Made fresh daily with romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, fire roasted corn, chile lime taco strips, our famous, hearty chili and creamy salsa dressing. A fresh take on tacos perfect for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or any other days for that matter.” I received a bowl of old lettuce with a little cheese and two tomato slices, a bit of corn, and some watered down chili… Nothing else. No taco strips, no dressing. I’m sorry folks, it was a big disappointment. It’s been awhile since I’ve purchased from your store; In years past I praised the crew and the awesome food from this location, and I was looking forward to seeing more of the same, but I was sad to see what’s become of this store. – I also ordered a Cobb Salad and it was a bit better, but dry as well. No dressing with this salad either. I did have more tomatoes, and these were diced, much more like what was promised with the Taco Salad. I had lots of chicken chunks and other ingredients and between the two, I was much more pleased by this one. I know this is a capable crew and they can really excel when they’re feeling motivated. Don’t judge too harshly, and definitely give them a try. I will be back to try again as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited in the drive through for over 20 mins still didnt get food and left. They could have came out and told the line of 10 cars there was an issue so everyone wasnt waiting for nothing. Wouldnt recommend at all. Skip this Wendy’s.

My work is 4 minutes away. Was aiming to take my break at 130 and I ordered at 1:15 pm online cuz I knew it’d be awhile, I get there at 1:30 and ITS STILL not even made. No one comes to talk to me, nothing. I’m waiting and no one addresses me til at least 1:40 pm. My lunch break was only a half hour long. I didn’t get my order til 145! And I ordered at 1:15 pm! Tell me why it took 30 minutes to even make my food. And by the time I got back to work, I had like 5 min left of my break. I put in a mobile order so I wouldn’t have to take my entire lunch break waiting. I’d give some grace if they were busy, but the place was EMPTY. So I was annoyed.

After waiting for 20 minutes they ask to look at my receipt then 10 more minutes pass and they ask to see my receipt again. They are just making our order then so after 40 minutes of waiting we got our food. My cheeseburger still had pickles on it even though I ordered no pickles and my receipt stating that was in his hand as he put the sandwich in the bag. I could have gone home and ate something out of my fridge that is made to order in the same amount of time.

Came inside to order because the drive thru always messes up. Ordered my meals and some saucy nuggets. Was told by the girl at the counter that they don’t have the saucy nuggets.I looked right at the menu and then the sauce bottles full of the sauce used for the nuggets. I asked her again and she rolled her eyes and said they don’t have those. Didn’t want confrontation so I just said ok. The inside of the place was absolutely disgusting. The soda machine hasn’t been cleaned in several days, I know because I work with that same machine at my job. It was also missing several flavor cartridges. Once I got my food I had about 10 fries in my container. Horrible all around. Seems like, looking at reviews, ownership could care less. They respond to zero complaints. What a joke of an establishment.

The worst fast food service ever, I waited at the order box for over 10 minutes before someone even took my order, and then waited even longer to get my food. And even worse these employees are the creepiest fast food workers I’ve ever interacted with. As I looked back at the window as i was confirming my order was right, the worker winked at me and told me to call him???? So so so creepy. Running my appetite, rightfully so because the food is horrible quality. My lettuce was wilted to the point of being inedible, and chicken was almost all pink and chewy. Save your effort and just go to a different Wendy’s I haven’t been to the next nearest one but I’m so sure the service will be better than this creepy horrible place.

Everytime I order from door dash something is messed up or missing. Today I bought 2 biggie bags wit medium frys, & I kid you not they put a kids value fries in one medium fry cup then small portion in the other one. But I ordered medium obviously did not care & will give you what they have instead of doing their job.

This location is very hit or miss… but rarely a hit, and I only go due to proximity to my job. Today I waited for over fifteen minutes before being addressed at the counter even though there was nobody ahead of me. I didn’t get a “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” – nothing… but i did hear alot of complaining about an individual who had upset a few of the people behind the counter. When I was finally addressed, the young lady looked at me and word-for-word said “whatchyou want?” – I left after 33 minutes with a grilled chicken wrap feeling sorry for the people in the line that had grown behind me. Management needs to have a serious look at their staff and reevaluate priorities.

I was on the way to work. I’d passed by the place numerous times and finally decided to stop by for breakfast. There was plenty of parking. I ordered 3 biscuit sandwiches to take with me. The service was really slow, I mean “snail” slow. Ironically, the restaurant was almost empty. It was me and one other customer. That said, the place was clean and the food was great! If the staff had shown any real urgency in getting my food ready at this “fast food” restaurant, I would have easily provided 5 stars.
