As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I recently visited Checker’s and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. I particularly want to commend Candy, the General Manager, for her exceptional friendliness and professionalism. She made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was perfect during my visit. It’s clear she runs a fantastic team and genuinely cares about her customers.
The food was delicious, as always, but it was Candy’s warm demeanor that truly made the visit memorable. Her positive attitude is infectious and really elevates the dining experience.
I would definitely come back to this Checker’s location. The combination of great food and such friendly, top-notch management makes it a standout.

Absolutely ridiculous. I get to the drive-through granted it’s late granted it’s packed. It’s it’s slammed. I get all that I get to the drive-through. I’m like I just want a chicken sandwich and some french fries and I’m picking up an order 15 minutes goes by from the pick up order to the window. I get to the window and ofl course my pick up order is ready to go but a chicken sandwich in large french fries is not. I’m told to pull head to the front even though it’s been 15 minutes. I literally sit there for another 20 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich in large french fries I see two other cars go by finally after what 35 minutes a chicken sandwich into an a large french fry never again screw you never ever ever again.

I have a couple issues with this location. First of all, the girl over the inner at the drive thru kept interrupting and rushing me while I was taking my order, and she had a “I don’t care” kind of attitude. Not to mention, I had to wait in the drive thru 10-15 minutes to get my order, and there was only one car in front of me which is very ridiculous. The only reason why I’m giving a 2 star rating is because the is really good for the price. I definitely won’t come back to this location.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This has got to have been my worst experience at any fast food place that I have been to. The drive through line went very slow. At the speaker, I had to wonder if it was broken due to the wait time to order. At the window? I sat there for 10 minutes and was asked to sit in the parking lot where I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order of two items. The only thing slightly saving this review is the fact that the food was good. I would not ever stop here again.

Wow you know I only get a half hour for lunch and I chose Checkers to eat and spend my hard earned money. Well I wind up waiting 20 minutes standing in front at the window. Thought ill go get in the drive through line (while burning my gasoline) NOPE! I waited another 20 in that line before I had enough and just went and spent my money somewhere else. They just ignored me like i wasnt there. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

The staff is kind. The food was good, first ever going here. Ordered funnel cake straws, mozzarella sticks, fish sandwich and 2 chili dogs, for a taste test and it is not bad. The fries are good too. The pick 2 for 6.50 had several choices, 2 chili dogs and the fish sandwich with fries and a drink is what we chose. The location is located on a busy street.

HORRIBLE WILL NOT RETURN!! I ordered a cheese burger NO MUSTARD THEY GAVE ME MUSTARD ON IT I ordered CHEESEY FRIES NO CHILII They put chillie all over the fries and spilled all over my child’s hand as she grabbed them out the bag and her hand got burned! I WILL NOT RETURN THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS WITH ORDERS the restraint may look pretty but has shootings near it ALL the Time!!

DO NOT accept orders here if you’re a DoorDash or gig worker! Refuses to simply hand you the order through the walk up window and will force you to use drive thru. There were 12+ cars in the drive thru. Why would I have to sit in the line and wait for likely 45+ minutes when the order has already been placed, paid for and I’m simply picking it up. There are multiple walk up windows just hand me the freakin order. Seriously how hard is that. Instead they want me to clog up the drive thru just to say “so and so order for pickup” and then wait 45 minutes and hand me the order from a window that is literally 1 foot from the drive thru window. Some places are so ridiculous it is hard to believe. DO NoT take orders from here.

Been to 34 countries and 42 US states but never to a Rally’s Checkers. Nice thing was that this place was open late, like around midnight. I ordered the 2 for $4 Rally bacon cheese. I got one of those but the other looks like a Fry Lovers. Felt a little short changed. The patties were warm.
