Lots of TV screens to watch your favorite games!
Our server was Jayda who was very friendly and accommodating. BWW is lucky to have her on their team.
Unfortunately the food was not great. Chicken wings were so overcooked and dry. Even dipping sauce could not help the dryness and tastelessness.
What we ordered:
1.) 6pc Jerk Wings $10.49 pack flavor and too dry.
2.) 6pc Lemon Pepper $10.49 Dry and tasteless.
3.) Queso Dip $6.99 chips were good dip just so so.
I hope Corporate gets it together because this is seems to the theme of BWW as of late small, dry and tasteless wings!

I had a carry out order for 15 traditional wings. I got home they were totally over cooked and hard. When I initially called I got hung up on. Tried calling back it was like I was blocked no sound. I finally got someone and talked with manager. She agreed to refund my money which was good, but would take 3-5 business days. So if I don’t get refund I will let you know.

I have been coming to this location for years and have watch the decline of this restaurant. Today was the last time I ever come to BWW’s in Lansing/Leavenworth, KS. The beer was warm, we ordered 50 wings and it took an hour to come to the table. When we received them they were all cold, except one flavor. When I say cold I mean COLD. My wife did not want me to complain but I could not let this go. We said something to our waitress, I even let her touch a wing and her jaw dropped with how cold they were. Neither of the managers on duty came to speak with us or check for themselves. Will the manager had been around for many years and is probably the worst manager I have ever encountered. I can’t believe he still has a job. Never go to this location until they want to get it running right again. Also after it snows they should probably clean the snow off the walkways into the restaurant.

I usually only like to write positive reviews unless there’s something off that if the restaurant took into account it could make better. Starting with positive, the atmosphere and amount/placement of televisions are great. The only reason this is a 3 star versus 2 stars is our server did a good job and was quick getting drinks and was a positive guy. Our server was great. With that being said, the kitchen prioritises take away orders versus those who come to the restaurant – I don’t think that’s the right move because you could tell customers were getting angrier as the food took about 40-60 minutes to get to us. This was the Super Bowl, so yeah it’s busy but we made the effort to go somewhere for the atmosphere…so choosing to prioritise to go orders was an interesting move. Food was average, beer was good. I think this location could be a standout from other BWWs because it was clean, cozy, and good TVs; they just need to get the kitchen right.

So my server Alysa wasn’t feeling good. Like a champ she persevered. My first batch of wings were not fresh. She went back and had the cook redo the order. Second batch was fresh and cooked hot! Fries were hot and celery fresh. She made sure I was happy even though she was not at her best. Great job Alyssa.

The woman that seated us was very rude. No eye contact and didn’t answer questions. Walked off quickly with menus, she put them on the table and walked off fast. I think she covered for the guy that was the host. She had short hair I think. The waiter was awesome at least. Food was good. A few of the wings were questionable when it comes to fully cooked.

Was once a great place to eat. Now not so much. Sat 20 mins without an order being taken or acknowledged our presence at our table. Food is often over cooked. Sad how it’s gone down hill. We got up and left without ordering.

This place is hands down awesome! It’s a great place for watching sports, playing trivia,( in which you earn points that give you free food and drinks) and it’s also a great hangout spot for anyone who’s not interested in sports. Great, fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and overall a great place to go for lunch or for dinner on a date night. Food is incomparable to other restaurants who serve similar dishes, especially wings. The food and drink prices are very good (the best in town honestly) and you end up leaving satisfied, full, with no regrets about coming here. Definitely come and check it out, trust me, you won’t regret it! It’s now a regular hangout spot for my husband and I!

Well I can’t rate the food because we never saw a server! Sat for at least 15 minutes before a kid came over and said he was our server but needed a few minutes before he could take our order… ok…then he brought out 2 take out orders, gave them to the customers, and proceeded to lean on the desk and watch tv!!!!! WHAT?!?! There was only 4 other tables with people in the place, felt like the Twilight Zone! We eventually got up and left and the employee watching tv never even looked our way! VERY disgusted, and will NEVER be back!

How disappointing, went to catch the last of a football game. I ordered a patty melt burger without bacon as I am not a fan of pork and beef together. When the burger came out it had bacon on it and I said “oh I ordered it without bacon” the manager said it could be fixed in 3 minutes so I said go ahead. I was hesitant to say fix it because I took insulin from my pump when I seen it come out. Well 20 min later after not getting checked on I seen someone from the kitchen come and ask who’s burger it was supposed to be. The manager who was also behind the bar never once checked or cared if I got it. I explained to her thanks but be more mindful as my blood sugar was dropping because I took insulin on her word as if would only be a few minutes. My mom who was sitting right next to me saw it too, the manager looked at me and spoke to me as if she didnt believe me. I’ve been a brittle type 1 diabetic since I was a kid and never once felt like someone thought I was putting on a story for food, not that I had to explain myself considering the food took way longer than it was explained to me and it was never followed up on. For a small town we don’t have many options but this is one place that is completely off my list to go too from here on out. Oh and then we ended up getting out bill placed in front of us twice, almost as if they expected we were not going to pay it…I had just finally got my meal and was eating and the bill was plopped in front of us by 2 different people. The manager also never apologized or came to our area again and acted like she had to avoid us. If the general manager could reach out that would be amazing.
