Lots of bad experiences with this particular sonic, they could use a whole new crew. Ordered a double pickle burger today and only got a single and it was literally thrown together, pickles off to the side along with sauce all over the burger, what little meat was there hanging halfway out

After having our order remade not once, but twice, the manager came and got the receipt off the bag with the worst attitude. We waited another 5 minutes and she came back with the burgers and said, “I made these myself so I know they are right.” Guess what, still wasn’t right, the ketchup and cheese were both missing. The cheese pictured is from my fridge, deli sliced Colby jack. Anyway if you want this Sonic be sure to check your food before you leave even if they say it’s right.

This is the BEST Sonics I’ve ever been to. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Our food bearer was incredibly kind and offered recommendations. The food was the FRESHEST and HOTTEST food I’ve ever eaten. I will never experience the same amount of freshness from any other fast food place ever again.

Just stopped by this Sonic and requested a half vanilla half chocolate shake. The Sonic in Ft O makes these for me with no problem. But the female at the location said it could not be done. So, I requested a vanilla shake with one (1) squirt of chocolate. She was apparently upset with my order. When I begin drinking, I discover there a larger blob of chocolate at the bottom with no attempt to mix it up. I hate giving Sonic such a poor review, but when an employee does something so rude and inconsiderate to a customer, it is deserved.

Horrible this evening. I sit in the drive thru for 10 mins. My order was wrong then the meat on my cheeseburger looked like it had been cooked laying on grill all day. My onions rings were so hard from being cooked too long I could not even eat them. I understand people train but it should not happen at dinner time on Friday night. Or at least have someone there beside her to help. whoever was manager today should be ashamed of themselves. Selling food like this and not helping this little girl working the window

The visit was A Hot Mess! We ordered 3 very easy items. Small mozzarella cheese sticks, A mango frozen lemonade slush and 1 corn dog. (1)They gave no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks
(2) The slush looked a weird yellow color. They gave us a reg lemon slush and peeped out the window talking about, “Want me to put mango in the lemon slush?” We then tried to explain that it was suppose to be a Mango frozen lemonade, he said, Same Thang. BUT IT’S NOT!
(3) THEN, looked in the bag and only had 1 pk of mustard for my corn dog. I was going to make that work, so I put the mustard on it and not into it, Why was the outer part all hard and leathery???? That was the most stale item I have ever gotten from any fast food restaurant.
So as you can see, there was something wrong with ALL of the items. Those people need to be trained all over again. Somebody please call their corporate office and tell them Re-Training at that store (Chickamauga Avenue, Fort Oglethorpe Georgia) is a Must!
