I always go to this location and receive good customer service but unfortunately this time I didn’t not. I went through the drive thru and while I understand that it was at a busy time, good customer service shouldn’t be neglected in order for low drive times. Idk if the cashier for the drive thru name is actually Francisca, but the older African American lady was rude. She talked way too fast and with impatience that I was unable to finish my order and accidentally added on something without knowing because she spoke so fast. I did request the item off at the window and was met with same impatience. I understand working under busy conditions but going at a pace where everyone can easily understand is better, especially to avoid mistakes by everybody.

Came through late night and the employee at the drive-thru was super polite and efficient. She repeated my order to make sure it was right and had everything ready fast. Customer service like that really stands out.

This taco bell is the worst! We should’ve quit going a couple of months ago when we placed a mobile order and got to the restaurant and were told by the two employees standing outside smoking that they were out of everything and to request a refund. The app wasn’t letting us request one and she informed us it would take a couple of days to get our money back. We told her we spent the last bit we had to feed our kids after a day of traveling and now we have no food. The other employee then says ok I’ll make it. Magically they were able to make out entire order as we stood at the counter and watched. Then today I place a mobile order. The app says it’s ready right before I pull up to the restaurant. I go in and they act like they already gave my order out. They ask to see my mobile receipt. They take pictures of it and proceed to make my order. When they give it to me I checked to make sure everything was there(shocker it was missing items) but I didn’t really check the quality. They give me the missing items and the drink substitutions to the drinks I ordered since they wereput. I get home and the food is not only cold but sloppyand unappetizing. The Mexican pizza box is smooshed and the rubbery pizza is stuck to the top of it, the Burritos aren’t even wrapped up, the hard taco had everything on it that wasn’t supposed to be and it was broken into pieces, and to top it off one of the cups of cheese for the chips was eaten out of!! There was a tint bit in it and you can see the lines in it from someone putting their chips in it! We tried calling the store several times with no answer, called the corporate with no answer, so I reported it through the app. I don’t expect any type of compensation for the money we spent. Just have to chalk it up to a lesson learned. Stay away from this nasty place!

Order mobile from this location tonight at 7pm and arrived at the drive through at 7:05pm. We waiting in line and at about 7:10 got to the window. They were out of the drinks we ordered (blue raspberry and midnight blue slush) so they compped us Strawberry which was okay. After a few minutes they asked us to pull around to the front of the building to wait for our order. We watched 9 cars come and leave. I walked inside the building at 7:40 pm to check on the order and sure enough it was sitting in the warmer. I asked how long it had been sitting and they could not give me a time or explanation as to why except the person at the counter says he was not told about it… please see the pictures for food quality and wrongness of order. This will be our last visit to this location.

Super clean, fantastic tacos and REALLY good fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Probably the best individual Taco Bell and KFC I’ve ever been in and they happen to be combined in one building. Also owned by a nice family. Easy access off I 75

I ordered food. They always say that their out of wedges. Fine. Ordered KFC and taco. Pulled ip. Paid. He gave me my bag I asked if hhix was it and 20 minutes later when I get home no taco order. This is the 4th time in as many months they have done this.

Usually, I don’t write a lot of reviews on fast food, but I am actually a super big taco bell person.
I don’t know what it was, but the food here was exceptional, two other taco bells that i’ve had. It was very fresh it . The drive through assistant was very professional and really nice.
I don’t understand why the review is on. This taco belt would be so bad.

There service is horrible! They messed up my order 3 times! And when we were done, I saw them messing around outback! I know other Taco Bell’s are better, this one is not good. The inside is also very messy and not kept up. The worst Taco bell ever! Do not ever go here, just go to the McDonalds down the road which I regret not going to. That is my warning.
