I stopped by Tabora Farm with my mom while she was visiting me, and we had such a lovely experience! The cornbread was fresh, soft, and full of flavor — just the kind of comfort food you hope for. We also picked up pumpkin and fresh fruit, and everything was top quality, full of that farm-fresh taste. You can really tell the care they put into what they offer. It was such a warm, welcoming place and a perfect outing to share with my mom. I’ll definitely be back!

Got a turkey club which was amazing. Juiciest tomato I’ve ever had on a sandwich. Very lovely place and the sample pretzel flavors were a huge bonus. Would absolutely go back and recommend.
2/14/26 – Went back and the place was still wonderful and full of kind workers. Smelled great from all the goodies being made for Valentine’s Day.

I’ve been going here for years. Love the smell of the bakery but ironically not a huge fan of their sweet items. The bread is good though. I get the same “build your own sandwich” at the deli every time: cheese ( pepper jack), onion, lettuce, tomato w/hot peppers on Rye. Cost $7.50. Get home to it loaded with hot peppers, would be ok, but the bread was soggy and only a half a slice of cheese. Yes a half a slice for the entire sandwich. Ridiculous. Also, be wary that if you go on a weekday you might run into a group. Either nursery school kids or old folk home field trips, so will be crowded and long wait at the register. Today was one of those days .

I came to buy some flower for a friend. They have a lot of different flowers and plants, also cookies, cheese and other delis, I heard they had the best chocolate chips cookies in the town (I didn’t buy them, I’m trying to stay away from sugar ) but I saw the cookies and ohh the looked and smell delicious.
By the way my friend loved the plant
$25 for the plant.
Plenty of parking.
Service is good.

I love this place. Caprese sandwich from here is heaven on earth. The vibes inside are so cute. I love to come here after walking around lake galena. The only thing I’m going to complain about is that the donuts used to be 99¢ and now they’re 1.59 But they’re so good

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I’ve ordered a mincemeat pie from Tabora Farms for my birthday two years in a row, and it has been perfect every time. The online ordering and delivery process is smooth and well communicated, and the packaging is excellent. The flavor is incredible and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It has become a birthday tradition for me, and I look forward to it every year. I can’t recommend Tabora Farms enough and will absolutely keep ordering!

Update: The owner has since responded, apologized for the delayed email response, and offered replacement pies. My original experience with the fundraiser order and lack of timely reply still stands. I am sorry that they are going through so much medically and hope that they recover well. I do not need a pie, nor have the time to drive an hour to pick these up. I hope that there is more quality control in the future but do understand that families go through tough times.
We ordered two pies for thanksgiving as part of a fundraisee… they turned out terrible. I guess they were doing a rush job for the bake at home pies. I reached out to their email and no one ever responded. Wasted 44 dollars and the energy to make the pies.

Wonderful baked goods, hot meals to go, and a deli for sandwiches, plenty of parking. You pick it in growing season, think apples and pumpkin in fall loads of country wood and metal decor, wreaths available for sale at reasonable pricing. The store baked pies, cakes, doughnuts, apple dumplings, breads, and cookies are my reason for going there always delicious never disappointed!

I saw a sign for Tabora Pies and made a left on Upper Stump Rd. After a short drive, there it was, an unassuming old fashioned farm store. A throwback to a simpler time. The old Americana without chrome and glass. Come on in!
Pumpkins and many varieties of freshly picked apples were in huge containers on the porch. Plenty of covered outdoor seating, very casual and welcoming! Inside was rustic and charming.
There is a big selection of baked goods made here. Zucchini, pumpkin, raisin breads, cakes, pies, cookies, bread, donuts, poppyseed rolls, so much. Coffee counter to make your own. Local honey and nut butters, pickled vegetables, freshly made mozzarella, daily soups. There’s also a deli counter.
This is a place I’ll be returning to, often.

My Dad raved about the food here for years, but today was the first time I’ve been close enough to stop in. I’m so glad I did, as it is a food wonderland! First thing I noticed when I entered is the heavenly smell of baked goods, I could have just stood there smelling the fresh pies all day! As an avid farmstand shopper, this is hands down the best looking & smelling selection, with some of my top favorite local brands like Backyard Beans & Nutty Novelties! I was tempted to spend more money than I had, it was hard to resist the amazing looking cheesecake, apple cider donuts freshly stocked, or the incredible by the pound prepared foods. I bought a tuna melt, a chocolate glazed donut, and a Cheerwine. I haven’t tried the donut yet, but I can tell you already by the way it smells it will be melt in your mouth, you can just see it’s the perfect texture. The tuna was the best I’ve ever had! Delicious, fresh, and a great deal for the price. My Dad always said the chicken pot pies were the best he ever had. The staff were all very calm, warm, welcoming and helpful to interact with and I felt that I was among friends! I will be returning, and if I could rate it I’d give my experience 25/10!
