Big back approves this location! Packed x large fries and hot! Great service crew on 3/2/26 hands down best crew in 217! Love the fact thw cherry syrup was placed at drink station yummy! Bigger cheese sauce portion!!! Overall great experience!

Only getting 2 stars as the staff are nice. I will start with the whole point of ordering 3 cheese fries for the family is A. You get 3 portions of fries, not 2 and B. You get the cheese. Ordered a double cheese plain, it had everything, the next burger had ketchup which was not requested. Had it not been a Sunday we would have just gone to Krekels. Come on Steak and shake get your act together and advice for anyone that does go there, check your order before driving home to find out you have been charged for items you did not receive.

Usually my experience with this establishment is good. Though I haven’t been out this way in awhile. Last night did it for me, 9.7.2025 went to drive up to order and was told Im sorry we are closing. I looked at the clock 9:51. They had 3 cars in front of me and 2 cars pulled up behind me. So if your establishment is hurting you may want to discuss your expectations of your employees. Pershing store was more than happy to feed us!

Just stopped in on a Thursday night at 9:45pm and they said they were closed. I didn’t realize they were lying until after I drove away. Love how some people nowadays just want to close up early even though they close at midnight 10pm. Very unprofessional.

Waited for like 15 min in line just to order, was car behind the one ordering. By the time made it to order sign they came on mic and said we are closed. You got to be kidding me. 2nd time after that order 2 meals. Game me my burger no fries or drink, didnt give me my kids meal but the drink and kid fries. That place is just a mess anymore.

I was very surprised to find one of these still open as they are all closed in my area at this point. I have always been a fan, but was slightly disappointed this particular day. The chili cheese dog I was given, to go, was insanely soggy and had no utensils to attempt to eat it. Burger was ok, as were the fries, but nothing special. Filthy disgusting restaurant. No soda pop. Poor management. Grease all over the kitchen. It took one hour and thirty minutes for a hamburger and fry. They had mouse poop in the bathroom. This restaurant needs to be shut down.
