We hosted a bday party here that was wonderful! It was incredibly clean and the folks were so nice setting it up & hosting. It was very reasonably priced. The best part is that the kids had a blast.

Burgers, fries and chicken nuggets were cold. The cookies were hard. The Big Mac’s we’re extremely dry and barely had any big mac sauce in them. I tried calling to complain about it but it went straight to voicemail. I am extremely disappointed and upset about this. I called DD and explained all of this to them and they wouldn’t give me my full refund. I’ll be cancelling them. I won’t be ordering from this place, again.

Ordered online through the mobile app and chose curbside. I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese because I had a reward for it. I waited for over 5 minutes at curbside and no one came out yet there was no one at the drive through. I then went through the drive-through since no one was there and said he had just went out to bring it to me. I picked it up through the drive-through window and the burger had cheese on it. I went back through the drive-through and asked them to get me a new one with no cheese so I gave him the bag back which also had my straw in it. Once they gave me the new burger, there was no straw. Sigh

Tried to purchase one of the specials here weeks ago now, they were out of stock. No big deal, we asked for a refund. I have called in 3 different times and my wife has now called once trying to get this refund processed. We keep being told we have to wait for a representative from the store to contact us. We are both disgusted with the customer service.

Never had a bad experience here until today, ordered food inside on their little kiosk at 5:58, however did not recieve the food until 6:45! Notice after about 30 minutes it was taking a long time so went to check if my order went through and noticed my order was not on their screen, waited in line at the cash register for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, not even a be with you shortly remark, as someone who currently works in the food service industry that’s ridiculous. Also had at least 6-7 employees and the lobby had about 6 tables with people 4 of which already had their food. One worker even walked right passed us to push the button to open the bathroom door, and when I finally recieved my food, a happy meal and a chicken sandwhich, there were no fries! Went up to get some and no acknowledgment or apologies just rude service. If you don’t like your job quit! Regardless you are paid to do a job you signed up for. Stop making your customers uncomfortable because you hate your job.

One Star — Dishonest service and disgusting food.
I tried to order the $5 McDouble meal, but the staff lied and said it was unavailable to push the $6 meal, only to backtrack once I questioned them. After getting home, I found two missing burgers. Even worse, instead of making a new burger for a “no onion” request, they scraped the onions off and left the residue. Absolutely pathetic service.

I ordered two two pies on two different visits. Which is four pies and both times I was two pies short. Does this younger generation not only know how read orders and no multiplication facts! SMH! (2×2=4)

Solid mcdonald’s I’ve defintely seen worst and at the same time I’ve also defintely seen better. The best part about this place is the cleanliness and the updated renovations. It’s super clean and literally looks like a lounge at times. Very nice. However, staff could defintely be friendlier and when going thru the drive thru I never have had a problem changing a front desk pickup to drive thru so staff can defintely use more training because they didn’t know how. Otherwise a decent mcdo!

I had a horrible experience. Today was thanksgiving day we had ordered through the mobile app and when we got there we were greeted like usual. But then a few minutes go by and the screens go black and they no longer answer. We went around the building to see if we could pick up our order inside. We all of a sudden the two female workers were seen outside yelling “we’re closed!!” In a mocking way. They kept laughing and saying “they don’t realize we’re closed”. And of course we didn’t realize they were closed because online the hours stated they were open. But all they could have done was let us know through the speakers that they were closed. That’s all they had to do. I hope they get they’re act together.
