Braums finally gave me decent fries not all burnt and nasty, but the chicken is so hard and dry I can’t hardly pull apart! Taste like it was fried yesterday! Also, why is it when you order a #15 2 piece chicken they ALWAYS give you the tiniest pieces they can find? That top piece is basically fried breading! Unacceptable!

Great experience with Braums. The shakes are uh-mazing. My cheese burger was outstanding. its a real ashame they only have these in Oklahoma (that i know of its a local place) but on a totally side note i did see that they were hiring entry level employees at $18.00 + an hour which made me really think “Good for you Braums!! do the right thing by the folks that work for you every day.” another reason to LOVE them! how many other fast food places pay their workers in Oklahoma 18 bucks an hour to start?

I ordered Braums sauce as you can see from my receipt but it wasn’t put in the bag, I walked in to place this order, several workers walking around but none making eye contact and not greeting me. The little girl finally walked up to the register and looked at me, no hello, or can I help you nothing.. I placed my order and no thank you nothing she just hands me my receipt. I get the food and ask for Braums sauce and finally leave without checking the bag and sure enough no crackers, cheese or sour cream for the chilli I hate going here when the manager isn’t working it’s horrible.

Fast experience. All food was fresh, hot (or cold the shakes) but disappointed in the “large” fries. And this “nugget size of my finger was considered one of my six piece strips. If I order 6 strips, large fries, medium shakes. Well I’m fat and need a lot of food so this doesn’t get it in my opinion

My grandson got a coupon for a free sundae at Braums. He wanted a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream and instead of hot fudge topping, he wanted M&Ms. I ordered it for him and the young man said he would have to charge for the M&Ms. I said that’s fine. He made the sundae and I paid 54 cents. We went and sat down and discovered that it was a small scoop of ice cream with hot fudge AND M&Ms on it. More topping than ice cream. Disappointing.

I love this place but my experiences are getting worse with customer service. Unfortunately, this was the time that did it for me.I had ordered a bag of burgers which is 5 burgers.I proceeded to ask 3 of the sauces. She then opens the windows and tell me there is only one and that’s all I get.. no explanation or was there any kind of offering for anything else. she shuts the window. Stunned I just left. More then likely will find a different spot to have my daily lunch.

Good burgers and fast service. Some of the employees that were just standing around when they weren’t busy, could have been cleaning tables. They were mostly all dirty.
