The farmers choice is my go to! India at Bob Evans is amazing. She is always working her butt off and you can tell she truly cares about the customers and her job. She’s constantly moving, helping people, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Her hard work and positive attitude really stand out, and she makes every visit better. Whenever we are in Ohio I always asked my husband to take me to Bob Evans. I love the food and the ambiance. The farmers choice is always my favorite. My husband loves their biscuits with sausage . I wish there will be here in Maine.

Not my favorite but husbands a fan. Everytime I have ordered my food is Luke warm, mostly cold before it gets to me. I ordered onion rings on my last visit. They were undercooked. I go bc he loves it. I’ll never complain just suggest.. ask for everything to be made fresh.

Food was cooked as ordered, and the staff was very pleasant. I’ve never been here before. Stopped on my way home from Ohio to Illinois. Clean atmosphere and waitress Lindsey was prompt to take the order and check back to make sure everything was OK. If you’re ever passing through, I recommend stopping in.

The wifey and I Stopped in for breakfast. Waitress, Chloe, was exceptional. She has her act together. Friendly, helpful. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on that very large menu selection. Chloe made it happen. Happened very quickly. Food was great, hot. She did not pester but was there if needed. All in all a great visit.

I have always liked Bob Evans, but today we were not happy. We had to wait a while for a table. They told us it would be just a moment, but it was 10 minutes. I had to ask other people to seat us, but they told us someone would be with us. We were finally seated, and got our food quickly. The food was good, but the wait for a table was uncalled for. Bob Evans, you can do better.
UPDATE: August 1, 2022-I went to Bob Evans with my family today. The last time we were there, we weren’t happy. The assistant manager came and took our drink orders. He said our server will be with us. I didn’t see very many servers. A server did come and take our order, but we had to wait a while for it. I ordered the All American BLT with Fried Egg and French Fries and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious, but messy. We had to wait a while for napkins. The last time I said they could do better, and they still need to make improvements. I hate to see the Bob Evans I’ve always liked go down hill.
UPDATE:. December 12, 2022-My last two reviews did not give a very good impression of Bob Evans, and they still are having problems, 4 months later. When we got there, there was a line, and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. When we were seated, we were taken care of promptly by a waitress. I ordered the All American BLT with Fried Egg, French Fries, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious, but not messy like the last time. It seems like they focus more on mobile orders and catering. I don’t have the app on my phone, because I live on the south side, and they are on the north side. I am afraid by the time I get my food and get home, the food will be cold. They need to focus on the people in restaurant just as much as the people who place mobile and catering orders.
UPDATE: May 24, 2023-The last two times I have been here, I wasn’t too happy with Bob Evans. Things have changed. Maybe they read my reviews. We were seated quickly, placed our order quickly, and got our food quickly. It was all delicious! I ordered the All American BLT, French Fries, and Diet Pepsi. I have had it before, and it still good. I am glad they finally got things turned around here.
UPDATE: December 12, 2023-I haven’t ordered their Country Fried Steak and Eggs in quite a while, so I decided to order it this time, with the eggs fixed scrambled. My side was fresh fruit, which was good, but I didn’t like having great big pieces of cantaloupe in it. I ended up cutting it up myself into smaller pieces. My bread was toast. The whole meal was absolutely delicious. It had been so long since I had it that I missed it.

Like most restaurants in Richmond i recommend not ordering pick up/delivery here. You will sit and wait no matter how long ago you ordered your food. It really stunk in there like sewage so I was glad I wasn’t staying. Food was good though.

6.19.2024… WWW has nothing on B.E. this afternoon! Waitress and Manager about to throw down after a yelling match in the restaurant, when finally someone had to tell her to SHUT UP! The feud carried throughout a busy restaurant as the Waitress continued bitching and “SCREAMING” across the dining room yelling at him and telling cusromers it was his fault for her behavior. UNBELIEVABLE! Hopefully she won’t be returning. Plates dirty, food late, salads served without dressing. She was never a very good Waitress, always talking and holding up orders rather than turning them in promptly. We have always asked to be in another area than hers. Take some lessons in anger management and proper behavior in public!! Kudos to the manager who handled things much better than we ever imagined. My kids NEVER threw a fit in a restaurant, or they got taken out to the car. Is that a dried up booger on the plate??? OMG

It took forever for someone to seat us and it took forever for ever to check us out, my wife had to go almost in the kitchen to get someone because they were just leaning on the counter and just gossiping. As far as the food goes, it was edible, barely.
