To the managers, whoever is working today, do not ever schedule them 2 individuals alone again. They clearly couldn’t handle a lunch rush. Customer service was terrible. There was an item not available on the kiosk but WAS on the big board I wanted so I stood at the counter patiently waiting. never said a word to anyone except “you’re okay” when one worker said to give them a second. The second individual instructed me to use the kiosk. I relayed that the item I wanted was not available on the kiosk and he was very rude following that. In terms of this review, the environment was nice until I talked to this person.

This is my favorite Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to. The team here is always so nice. Today I was called “young lady,” even though I absolutely am not young. Lol! I was also wished a Merry Christmas for the first time this year.

Frequently come here but tonight the food was old and I asked for freshly cooked fries and they were old and stale.. I have a picky eater so I always ask for freshly cooked fries bc the slightest difference he won’t eat them. So this visit truly sucked and a waste of money

Legit just went through the drive thru and these are my tostadas. This is gross and they didn’t even give me a fork to fix their mistake and there was a couple tomatoes on one of them. When I went back they did fix them and make them right but idk how they even thought the other ones were acceptable in the first place.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home I was missing food. I called and the GM, Tommy, told me if I came back he’d give me the food that I already paid for as well as free coupons for my inconvenience. Went back about a week later and Tommy gave me the food that I was missing but told me they didn’t have free coupons and walked away. My original order was around $70, people at my table were missing food and all I got when I went back was more crappy service. Never again!!

I love Taco Bell especially when I actually receive extra chicken with my quesadillas! Too many times I’ve ordered a quesadilla with extra chicken for it to have hardly any chicken at all! Thank you to the young man working the drive thru tonight! As well as any other worker that was there past midnight!

4 stars just because it is a Taco Bell, not by any means gourmet food.
The service was pretty good, employees, friendly and efficient. The store front was clean as well as the interior.
Quick service and food as expected.
What I really do not like about this Taco Bell in particular is its location. I don’t know who thought that the corner of 17 and 2nd Avenue north was a good idea. It is only easy to get into if you’re traveling south on 17. Even getting out and making a right hand turn from there is not easy, let alone if you’re going to go north.

This was an interesting meal…
I ordered 2 tostadas, from the limited items menu. These i used to get when I was a kid in Hollywood in the 1970s. They like good and just like the ones from those days in the pictures.
What I got, looked more like cow patties from a field. Just gross. I have added the pictures.
No quality control. Just a bunch of ingredients slapped together. I might add the tostada shell, or hard tortilla was not fresh either.
I can’t recommend anyone to order this item.

I have lived in the area for 3.5 years and every meal I’ve gotten has been hot and made the way I want. For some reason no cheese is an issue at other Taco Bell’s. The staff is always friendly and the line is usually quick. While driving Uber I had the pleasure of giving the manager a ride while her car was being worked on. It makes sense why the restaurant does well. Actually I should be mad at the great staff and rate them 4 stars because I find myself stopping by more and more often. It’s just too easy and yummy. Thank you!!
