On 11/12 at 10:13pm a male worker aggressively yelled at me (unprovoked) through the drive thru speaker. Then he proceeded to talk badly about me to another co-worker while I was at the window. Why? Because I asked him to repeat what he said ONCE… I couldn’t hear him the first time. I was the only person in this drive thru. Why was he so mad? I would be very wary of employing people with anger issues.

I ordered a mcdouble with added lettuce and tomato. They put a miniscule amount of lettuce on, maybe 1 tiny chopped piece. The wait was extra long, especially with only 2 cars ahead of me. My wait total in the drive-thru was about 30 minutes. They were nowhere to be seen once I pulled up to the window, so I sat there and just waited. When they did finally appear, they really pack everything now into 1 bag making it very difficult to make sure one has everything they ordered. The guy that gave me my food was very rude. I typically go out of my way to avoid this location.

Great workers. I complained about the wifi. In the morning. And then went again in the lunch. And they were great. With a field trip that was there. Was awesome to see they really made those kids day. And we’re very happy. Great teamwork. By everyone and managers.

Did an online order. When I made it to the location there were two cars in line. That’s it. Two. Was basically empty inside besides a family or two. Pulled into the drive through to pick up my order and was made to wait over 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and a small fry… during my 15 minutes I watched about 15 other cars make an order, pay, get there food before I did. What’s the point of doing online order for a faster service if it’s not faster???

Been driving through for years. They get a lot of business and work hard to stay efficient. Everyone is nice and I don’t mind being asked to park because I always special order. My food is always hot. Every once in a while you have some moron try to drive around you in the ordering area and make 2 lines but that is on us, not them. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Order was wrong again. Went in to get the mistake fixed and the manager acted like I was such a bother in doing so. I was the one who had to drive back 3 miles because of their mistake. It’s so frustrating.

Amazing Service by this Mcdonalds. The fastest and most efficient mcondalds I have ever seen. Don’t let the 3.5 stars fool you, the staff is amazing as well their work efforts. I go there every 3 days and I have not seen them dissapoint me even one time.

How can you have someone working the drive thru who doesn’t speak functional English and just laughs when you ask a question? I’m a door dash driver and made two deliveries from there and with the first delivery the woman handing me my order just laughed and shrugged her shoulders when I asked if the new grinch fries were in the order and the second delivery she could not understand the name I gave her, brought a completely different order to me, then went back and brought me a receipt and said in broken English “this?” and expected me to lean out of the car to see the name. Absolutely unacceptable. If they cannot communicate with the customer they need not work there.
