They are always out of something. Last time I visited they didn’t have chicken wings and now tonight they don’t have ranch dip. That was fine though, I didn’t mind. After the 30 minute wait I had in the drive through (there were only two cars ahead of me), finally got my food
and the order was wrong so I had to go inside and wait an additional 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Just sad. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed.

Horrible Service. Manager doesn’t care. Staff/Cooks don’t want to work. Was there on Aug 3. For a 20 piece tender, I had to wait 38+ min. People were asking for refunds and leaving for excessive wait times. Cooks were laughing and joking in the back. They just weren’t working and frying chicken or even trying to be efficient. There must have been at least 7-8 workers and the manager working yet the trash overflowing, no ice, bad service. Customers were complaining, asking for refunds, and everyone was getting fustrated.

Philly chicken sub there new item was very impressive. Chicken was moist, and tender onion peppers were grilled to perfection. Fries were crisp and piping hot

This is the worst Zaxbys that I have been through they barely had any drinks available. My toast wasn’t toasted . My chicken could have been more crispy. It took a while for the staff to notice that o wanted to place an order and lastly the bathroom was dirty.

Ordered food online when my driver finally got there she contacted me letting me know she waited over 15 mins the employees were young and playing around ! 5 came from the back smelling like weed i don’t know who’s the manager but baby do better and keep your staff in line not paying all this money for y’all to play around do better or shut down .

Ordered 2 zax snack meals at 5:16. After 15 minutes and watching 4 people get their meals, who arrived and ordered after me, I asked the cashier if my order had been forgotten. She said no and told me to wait my turn. Another customer came in at that point and got their chicken meals in less than 5 minutes. I asked the cashier again who told me it was still being worked on, and ignored me when I asked why others who also ordered chicken were getting their meals and I wasn’t. She never bothered to check on my meals. After 25 minutes I asked to speak to the manager three times because she ignored me the first two times. He told me he remembered making the meals but didn’t know where they were. He made them immediately. But the 25 minute wait, the attitude of the cashier who never checked on the status, and who didn’t seem at all concerned that I kept standing there waiting while she filled and served order after order of chicken meals to others was just too much. I won’t be back.

I guess the most important things were good. The food was good and quick. The guy that took our order was very polite and nice. The other positive was that the food was good and fast. The issue is the restaurant clearly is lacking a manager. It was dirty. The floors, the tables, the seats, the bathroom had no soap or towels. Even my kids came out to say those were some of the dirtiest bathrooms they ever saw. I had to move trash off the seats before we sat.

The last 3 times I’ve come the “magic coke machine” with all the flavors coming out of 1 spout has been out of syrup for all but 2 or 3 drinks. This time not only is the drink machine empty but they are out of half their food options as well. Even their new salad (no coleslaw). This place used to be decent now it’s a joke.
