My Drive•Thur experience, the manager name was David. The time was 11:43pm.
I ordered one single with cheese. The burger was cold, the meat was cold,Cheese was cold.
I called the restaurant seven minutes after we left and I spoke to the manager , David.
He offered no apology, did not seem to be concerned about the issue at all. The chocolate swirl frosty,was the only frosty available at the time. No vanilla, no strawberry. I will not return back to this Wendy’s in the future.
But I will share my experience with others.

This is actually one of the best restaurants on cherry lane. Food has been fresh everytime I go. The breakfast is always fresh as well. The team is very polite and they do what you ask. I actually like this Wendy’s location. The Popeyes next to it is HORRIBLE so I thought they would be too but nope they are pretty good.

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible!!!! Do not eat here!!! I work down the street so it was convenient. I ordered a #1 large, the burger was sloppy and barely warm when I got it, the fries looked and taste like they were days old and were double fried…and the amount of fries they gave me were about the size of a kid’s meal fries, and I ordered large. I went thru the drive thru, and i had my order in 1 minute from the time I pulled up. Which tells me the burger and fries were already sitting there before i ordered. I’m telling you, save your money do not eat there. This is the 3rd time I’ve tred this place, and I will never go back.

I could usually speak somewhat highly of this place but the other night I went and was very disappointed. Employee’s acted like they didn’t want to acknowledge that my husband and I were even there left us standing around outside when the lobby was locked down at 10. Told us they would take our order if walked threw the drive. Then just acted like we weren’t there. We ended up having to place a moble order to even get our order placed and then that took forever. Food was just thrown in the bag. Sauce packets just smashed. Was very disappointed

Just went thru the drive thru, got a #1 when I got home and opened it the fries were old, grease soaked like they tried to refry them. Over salted. Burger was ok fountain drink was good. I’m not a big fan of Wendy’s, but I forget why and go. Then I remember why. What be back for another 6 months…lol sad pay as much as we do, and get crap.

Cherry Lane Wendy’s, we’ve had a good relationship, but I think we need to end it tonight. Having to wait over 35 minutes for food for a drive-thru order (and 5 other cars waiting with us), and then getting both orders wrong (chicken sandwich instead of big bacon, jr cheese instead of jr ham), I just think we need to end it. I thought taking a break would be better, but at 10pm on a Friday night when I thought I could count on you for chili, and you were out of chili, I just can’t live like this anymore. Good luck on your future success. I’ll come back when the reviews are over 4.0 stars. But, the employees really are trying and working hard – I wish the best for them.

Just went thru the drive thru, ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, biscuit. The biscuit wasnt warm at all. The cheese not melted. The egg wasnt warm and the yoke was dark yellow like it had been sitting for awhile.
The absolute worse breakfast sandwich. I can’t believe they actually served that to me.
Never again. You lost a customer!

It has very good quality chilly on sunday. Chilly with good amount of beef and other stuff. I got chilly and 3 burgers at reasonable price. Service is prompt in a minute or less. Highly recommend it.

The staff either didn’t care or was overwhelmed by the whole 2 3 tables in the Store to handle 2 people in a line and me at the counter trying to get my cups. There’s no ice and the drink tastes sour. I don’t know what’s happening but this is incredibly unprofessional. I hope things get better here because it’s right next to my job
