My family loves clean eatz, but this location was terrible today, 1/31. There were 3 young adults working and training someone new and our food came out cold and took over 20+ min to come out with no one else inside. I requested a refund for my cold food twice to the young person working at the front and got no response and she just walked away. This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
Another family that came in after us, making this 2 orders that came thru the door, stood up and said that this was unacceptable as well as the slow service affected their timeline with other activities they had planned after eating. Would avoid coming back here.

Clean Eatz is great but AVOID this location. Ordered a bowl with mushrooms, broccoli, and green chickpeas as my vegetables…I got 2 pieces of broccoli, one mushroom, and no green chickpeas (instead, a ton of green peppers?).
I ordered buffalo sauce with a said of Thai peanut, I got sweet chili sauce and a chipotle ranch type of thing?
Also, the seasonings sitting next to the drink station were so dry and clumped together in one large climb inside the bottle…truly sad looking.
I will say…the ingredients that I actually received were high quality that I’ve come to expect from Clean Eatz. But clearly there’s a problem with the guy in the kitchen just not paying attention or caring. Pay attention to the other reviews!

Tried the place out for lunch today for the first time.. wouldn’t go back. Unfortunately the salad i ordered ended up being not what i ordered at all. Came with fried chicken instead of grilled, had blue cheese on it instead of goat cheese , and came with ranch instead of the Grecian (which i asked for on the side because the foh didn’t know if it contained dairy). Gets a 2 star because the three pieces of fried chicken were okay.

There are very few places offering quick, healthy food that tastes good. Clean Eatz manages to do it at a good price point, with plenty of options. They also offer a wide selection of prepared meals for take home, in addition to eat-in and take-out. We tried a salmon burger, bang bang shrimp, and a veggie wrap.

I’m not sure why this place isn’t packed! It’s a great business model. You can eat in like a cafe/restaurant, you can pick up grab and go meals from the refrigerated section, or you can get a meal plan and stock up your fridge. Individual AND family sized meal portion options.
It is really hard to find quality fresh food that is this quick and easy. As a busy parent tired of caving to fast food with little to no nutritional value I approve! We didn’t have any issues with our orders being correct.

Run away from this establishment. The poor quality of food is sad considering they portray themselves attempting to support healthy eating. They served processed sweet potato fries, and that bun is literally a sandwich thin from the Kroger next door. I hadn’t yet ate any of my food. The small amount of sauce placed on there was a joke. The Turkey burger looked like a frozen patty heated in the microwave. I could go on and on but I won’t be returning here. Hope this saves you! A picture is worth a 1,000 words, and the reflection of their character is displayed in their response. Happy they have some satisfied customers but I just won’t be one and that’s truly okay 🙂

Was recommended by a coworker to try out this place and I am so glad I went! The portions were great and filling, loved the different options they had. I ended up getting the bison wrap and it tasted like heaven, like eating a cheeseburger but better! I will be returning.
