Customer service definitely sucks here! I seen my order ready from where I was sitting. It sat there for a good 5 mins. Then I got up and walked to the door way that leads to the kitchen said excuse me two times and asked if I could have my food. Food was cold. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the last time I will go to this McDonald’s.

Extremely rude employee
I asked if i could order up front as i dont know how to use machine and been standing there for 5 minutes. Man came to take my order, rude employee stated i need to wait longer and pulled employee away from register Power trip is hilarious. Keep them nuggets!

They had me pull up to wait I reminded them to please put hot mustard sauce in there. 11 mins later still waiting finally brought me my food and drive home, guess what’s not in there and fries were still undercooked .you guys stink.

I visited on August 29, 2025, around 3 PM.
Disappointed with the service at this location. At the pay window the young male employee had his personal phone playing music, didn’t make eye contact, and didn’t say a single word, just stuck his hand out for my card. No greeting, no communication, not even a “have a nice day.” Mind you, this is the second time I had this encounter with this specific employee.
At the pickup window the young female employee was kind and polite, which I appreciated. However, I asked to speak with the manager due to the poor service at the pay window. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. From past experiences, this manager consistently shows a lack of concern or leadership and it really shows in how the team operates.
It’s frustrating when customer feedback is dismissed. The indifference from management creates a trickle-down effect, and it’s clear there are no real service standards being upheld here. I left feeling unheard and disappointed. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and leadership.

Very rude when I called asking if they were running again because they had an outage when I visited an hour prior to the call. The person who answered sighed and said they guess. Employees there don’t seem to enjoy there job which is fine but don’t take it out on customers.

Made me wait 10 minutes for a medium fry when I was the only one there. Fries weren’t even hot when I got em. And forgot my sauce. Got me so mad I forgot to stop at Walmart on my way home. SUCKS

I visited this McDonalds on Rt 38 E. in Mt Holly today and ordered the Big Mac bundle box and a 20 piece McNuggets at the drive through, when I arrived home and took a bite of one of the Cheeseburgers there was an immediate burnt taste of the bun in my mouth. I separated the buns and they were extremely burnt, I then inspected the buns of the Big Mac’s and they too were burnt! I will not be going back to this store anytime soon and will drive the extra few miles to the Mount Laurel McDonalds!

Paid for a double QPC and got a single…this location seems to have a good amount of issues with getting drive through orders correct. Recommend checking each item before pulling away!

We called McDonald’s to report a complaint on the food then they hung up 6 times and when we tried to complain again he accused us of prank calling and called us stupid and when we gave him the order number he turned his attitude around but still was extremely rude to us and he should get fired plus mocked my accent so I assume he was racist
