I don’t eat here very often , but when I do I always have a really good experience.
I don’t know the manager at night time, but the way he treats his employees is always so astoundingly amazing.
You can tell they all enjoy their job!
And if they don’t enjoy their job , you can definitely tell that they like working with each other.
I always feel really good after leaving this Wendy’s because of the environment. It’s always so chipper.

Brandon who appeared to be a manager. Was dam near god like. He was very informarive smart and happy. He helped me with my order along the way and made suggestions. I wanted the snickerdoodle but it was out at the moment. SO we settled on the brownie batter shake. He came in immdeiately apologized and made suggestions and maintained the great raport. Ive had issues at this location a great many a time. No straws for 2 or 2+drinks no sauce for nuggets and wrong toppings sometimes no napkins. This gentleman had the greatest attitude approache and respect from this locaion in the past 3 years ive been visitng and included everything i mentioned. I got everything including 1 extra sauce packet plenty of of napkins and the greatest happiest interaction ive had in the past 10 years living here in front royal. Yall have a really Really great employee on your hands right now and he needs his recognition. I offered to do a review on him and even asked his permission all he he said was your write on how you feel. Hes exactly what yall need. Thank you tonight i will

My husband was harassed my their yelling in Spanish female staff member for picking up a mobile order of coffee.
Harassed him in his car in the drive through by screaming at him. She continued to harass him by screaming when he went inside to ask for the mobile order that she refused to give him.
He couldn’t understand her Spanish, nor her heavy accent, and because of this her response to his confusion was to go out of her way to harass a “guest”.
Corporate and I need a chat, this is outstandingly appalling.

Other than cookout, I’ve never had a better, fresher, tiny burger. It had fresh lettuce and tomato, mustard mustard mayo and a pickle. And a soft bun. Simple which seems to be difficult everywhere else. Wife even took a bite which she doesn’t like burgers like I do. I’m definitely going here the next time I’m in front Royal and need a burger.

Dont know what’s up with this place. Wendy’s is offering on Veterans Day a free breakfast sandwich, which is much appreciated. But this location at 0915 still has the doors locked up. Maybe their plan is to wait till lunch to open to avoid the veterans. Assume this is one of the Wendy’s location slated to close next year.

This Wendy’s had a clean eating area and restrooms. The staff was very helpful with my parents who both had walkers. Our food was delicious. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking.

Took my daughter here today as a treat for mommy daughter lunch. We both got baconator meals and I got baconator fries with mine. Got home and started ripping into my fries after I got some ranch out of my fridge and look down and see a dead fly. Needless to say, I’m doing everything in my power to not start vomiting. Do better.

Today 8/21/’23 I asked for a chicken sandwich with all the toppings got it home and it was shoe leather on bread no toppings at all . This chicken wasn’t even worth a picture . Very disappointed. Reduced rating too . For a great chicken sandwich go to Splunkers.

My wife and I purchased Wendy’s on the way home for dinner. I had a Dave’s Double with cheese, French fries and large soda. My wife got the biggie bag with Jr double with cheese, it comes with 4 nuggets, French fries and a drink. The food was good and hot. The biggie meal is a good value at $6 dollars the Dave’s Double meal is $12.Iblike Wendy’s it’s convenient for me and the food is good butbit is expensive when you move away from the value meals. All fast food is expensive so it is not just Wendy’s. I would recommend tryingbthe food it is good. The Dave’s Double and the Baconatator are both good burgers to try.

The crew seemed very unorganized. The female at the registercould not get any of our order correct. The person in front of us (small girl) order baconator fries (Her order was wrong, bacon baked potato). She could not remember who the order was for. I told her it wasn’t ours (so it could be only one other customer in Wendy’s) She took her order and went out to the car. Came back and explained that her order was wrong. They fixed it, and let her keep the potato. That is why I give this visit 2 stars and not one. After repeated corrections to our order, she got it right. She seemed way out of it…
