I go to Sonic about 3 times a week. It’s normally great, no major issues to speak of, however today was a whole other ballgame. My order..BLT EXTRA BACON, LG COKE ZERO. I sat for 20 mins, it said food on the way, sat another 5 minutes, asked about food, another 5 minutes, asked again, 3 more minutes. My sandwich had ONE PIECE OF BACON. UNACCEPTABLE

Ordered my food at 6:55Pm, had to check on it at 7:23pm after seeing all the cars that pulled in after me leave, Just have to re-order And sit there until 7:48pm

My “food” was mozzarella sticks and a blast.
After waiting an hour for my food, AT SONIC, you would think i wouldn’t have had to stand by the door to get it.
Manager knew and didn’t say a word or offer anything. I didn’t ask because I’m not that person but i find it ridiculous. No idea what happened to this place

I’ve been living in Orange Grove since 1980… Having eaten at Sonic many, many times. I don’t know if management or ownership changed because the burgers are the best.
Best burger this year so I returned ordered the same meal .

I went to sonic 7/12 and got extreme fry a large hc slush and a brownie blast and as you can see my blast only had toppings and no brownies in the middle and my fries was turned upside in the bag so my fries was not edible! Morning shift amazing but night shift sucks extremely bad and I hated I went there because I knew better but I was hoping it would be better unfortunately I was wrong

Our 13 year wanted a jammie night so I called the manager at this location and she was nice enough to put his name on the board out front. Very good food and server even gave birthday boy a gift! Awesome experience and thank you!

I would not trust the employees with caring how they prepare the food and drinks. I have been picking up the plastic gloves for weeks now in their parking lot. Must not have enough trashcans when they get off work.
I spoke to someone about it last week and asked if they use the gloves I found shattered in a parking area. It’s not where the guests park. It is where the employees park. Someone just throws them on the ground after their shift. I asked for a manager but she asked why and I told her why and all she did is walked inside and yelled some things as I left. I thought she will let the manager know someone is trashing our streets with plastic.
Update today 8-15-22. Think they are mocking me now.

I’ve been going to this place almost daily for a few years now. Steve and Jenn are wonderful people, always smiling, saying hello, and generally creating a great vibe. I’ve never had to wait long for my food, and I’ve never had an issue with it! They even treat dog great when I bring him there on walks!
