Had lunch here as part of a group of six on a Wednesday afternoon. Ordering was easy and we quickly got a table and headed for the buffet line. It was well stocked and the salad items were fresh. There were several pizzas available but no veggie option. I asked the server who said “we’ll make you one.” When husband asked for plain cheese, same response. Both of these pizzas came out within 10 minutes and were great. A man was constantly bussing the tables which was nice. The dining room was clean.

It’s a pizza buffet with no pizza available! Salad bar has stale lettuce that’s a nice shade of brown! You have to line up and hope that you can get a slice of pizza when they put one out every 15 minutes or so and can get past the mob of people waiting for pizza!

Went on a Thursday. WORST SERVICE. Tables everywhere filled with trash, old cups, tables were everywhere moved. No pizzas on the line, no pasta, service was horrible. AC was off or not working. No one was cleaning the floors, no sweeping was done. Not buss boy cleaning up tables. Worse place to go. Extremely unsatisfied for it being middle of the week and not on a weekend. Wait time for pizza was unacceptable. Workers making the pizzas were also very very rude.

Photo speaks for itself…not a single pizza out. Granted, the workers were trying their best, but being that they have a $2.99 promotion going on, you would think they would be better prepared for these busy days.

It’s been a long rough 7 months. My wife took the kids, and this was our favorite restaurant. I came in for closure. First customer here. In other places, workers would be pissed at you for coming in early, but no. not here. they greeted me like i was the CEO, manager came out his office to thank me for being here. The pizza was nice and warm. I felt like home. For the hour that I was here for, i honestly forgot about the problems i had. Thank you Cicis staff for making my experience so pleasant. Corporate if you’re reading this, you need to pay these people a lot more.

Manager needed a hairnet. She was screaming at the employees. I saw short them staffed. It took me 15 to 20 to get a slice of pizza. The employees kept their cool eventhough she (manager) was freaking out. She stated ” I’m going to put the pizza out here, I don’t care how they come out”. I saw her get her phone and started texting and then to the kitchen without washing her hands. The cashier was very nice I don’t recall her name. But she kept her cool when the manager was getting after her for not helping out but how could she if she was in the front.

I came in to enjoy lunch with my dad, and the people were very friendly and welcoming to us. The guy was very funny, and he asked me what my favorite pizza from here . He gave me a buffalo chicken pizza but so far the place is very welcoming.

As soon as you enter you are greeded amazing by the staff and the manager is off the charts ruben mendoza was very easy to talk to he was professional,friendly, and has wonderful personality makes the co workers and the place really brighten up all three staff were just like him perfect work environment since you go into cicis will 100% come again for ruben and the co workers GREAT JOB!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my wife and her sisters for dinner. Had the $2.99 promotion which I was told I couldn’t use. Had to use a $5.99 instead, which i should have left right then and there. But no everyone was hungry. So I pay and we sit down to eat. My wife is pregnant so she says something is off with the food. I should have listened to her right there. Well during the buffet all 4 of us get sick, throwing up and the other one too. This is not right, Cici’s you need to do better.

They have this 2.99 deal going on, you would think they would be prepared for something like that lol but no . My wife and i went and didnt get to enjoy our meals. Pizza buffet was empty and when the pizza did come out it wasnt 3 or 4 coming out at the same time, no it was 2 or maybe 3 at a time and by the time we were next in line there wasnt any left . No lids, no sauce, no pasta . We left after 20 minutes & some some mickey d’s instead .
