Boise Fry Company serves incredible french fries, original sauces, hand-crafted seasonings, juicy burgers, and more! We source potatoes from Kings Crown Organic Farms. They are fried in natural oil and served unsalted so you can choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. We use natural, local, and organic products whenever possible. We obtain bison locally from Brown’s Buffalo Ranch and beef from Double R Ranch & Snake River Farms. All are local, fresh, grass-fed, and hand-seasoned with our top-secret recipes. BFC also serves sandwiches, shakes, sides, and gluten free, vegan, and kids options as well. Our vegan burgers are made with black beans and quinoa. Our whole wheat potato buns are baked fresh by Gaston’s Bakery.

My wife and I, went for the first time going to this location, we ordered the special #1 meal. Tried the Idaho and Boise fry sauce and also the garlic aioli sauce. The blueberry ketchup I’m not a fan. The root beer tastes like Dad’s Root beer. Fries are fried in duck fat.
So the only thing I was concerned about was that two of the cooks didn’t have a hat or a hair net only cause they had longer hair than the other guys.

A condiment lovers paradise. I ordered the BFC original burger and a small Russet potato fries. It’s kind of neat you can choose your potato- Russet, Gold, Red or Yam. There are like 10 options of seasonings and 10 different dips for your fries. I thought my burger was tasty but a little dry and the fries where more dive bar than McDonald’s. I appreciate the ability to customize but would maybe prefer less options. It’s a nice counter service, fast casual concept.

Really wished we enjoyed our food more. Ordered a classic burger with sweet potato fries but my fries were soggy with oil. Our plates were extremely oily too which just made me feel like I was eating off of a dirty plate. Not sure I’d visit this spot again.

I’ve grown up going here, last time I was in I paid $30 for what I always get and the next time $50 for the exact same order. It’s hard to justify these prices especially when I’m getting the meal deals and getting the cheapest meat and fry’s. Hopefully something improves as I won’t be visiting for a few years, last visit just left a bad taste in my mouth and it was NOT the food.

Seriously, BFC called these purple fries? They mixed up our burgers. Didn’t put any aoili on them and instead of spring mix lettuce we were given regular lettuce. Went here for a with some of my company as we are out of state people and it was recommended by locals. It was delicious! The different ways you can make your burger and then the different fries with the different sauces for the fries made it a unique experience. Overall, it was a great experience. The guy at the register was cool too! He had great recommendations for things.

We always trybto stop in when we drive through Idaho and they never disappoint. The frys are cut fresh with a variety of local potatoes and fried in beef tallow. Far healthier and more flavor. They have burger salads and veggi options but the dipping sauces are amazing, so many good options.

Kinda overpriced for what it is. Food was as good as your average neighborhood cookout. Ordering process is more complicated than it needs to be. Staff was friendly. Kind of fun that they are leaning into Idaho (and potatoes) be being a fries-first burger-second restaurant.
