We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. This was my first time at First Watch and everything was on point!! The food was so delicious, coffee, and price great too. The best part of our experience was our waitress Jordan. She was a delight, amazing customer service and knowledge about the food. If all waitresses were like her I would eat out more! Jordan thank you for making our brunch memorable.

I had the most delicious breakfast today, and I’m still smiling about it! The omelet was perfectly cooked, full of flavor and fresh ingredients, and the toast was just the right balance of crispy and soft. The side of fresh fruit was a beautiful, refreshing touch.
I also got to try the stuffed French toast — soft, rich, and slightly sweet, with a lovely filling and a hint of powdered sugar on top. Paired with warm syrup and a bit of jam, it was absolute heaven on a plate!
The coffee was smooth and comforting, and the service was kind and attentive. Everything felt fresh, homemade, and made with love.

I typically go for the breakfast at First Watch, however; today I had the Roast beef & havarti with a vegetable soup side. It was scrumptious. There was a nice smooth horseradish sauce on the side , which was a perfect on the sandwich. I am so incredibly pleased and satiated. I should have taken a photo, because it was a beautiful plating. Next time!!!

This place hits different. They have some really weird healthy food combinations, and some delicious food combinations. The menu changes every quarter or so. Last time I was there (Tuesday) I went with the raspberry French toast, and it will make your eyes roll back in your head. Phenomenal!!!
They close at 3 pm so you need to go early and their lunch selection looked tasty as well
