This location has to be the worst location. They are always getting the order wrong. Last night I went around 12:05am to get some food and no one was answering the drive through but I did see employees in the back. But online it shows they close at 1:30am. I stood there for maybe 10 minutes and no answer ever took my order.

Everything at this Burger King location is sufficient enough for 5 stars. However, I don’t understand why I can’t get the cheese melted on any sandwichs anymore, whether it’s their cheeseburgers or their egg and cheese sandwiches, it’s never hot enough to melt the cheese anymore. Although this probably explains why I could place an app order at the drive through and it’ll be ready before I get to the window.

I don’t frequent fast food establishments often. I Went in this establishment yesterday and it was A terrible experience. This was at 1:11 PM. The lady behind the counter to take orders obviously didn’t want to interact with me. I asked a menu question, she pointed at the menu behind her and mumbled. I have no idea what she said. I returned to the counter and asked for ketchup, only because there wasn’t a dispenser by the soda fountain yet the little cups were there, she pointed at a bowl on the counter with a scowl. Never uttered a word. when I thanked her, she never said you are welcome. The supervisor was constantly yelling directions to the staff. Loudly. Burger-cold, fries were hot. Not an atmosphere for enjoying a lunch. Not a welcoming place, rude staff. Looking around, I see why it wasn’t busy! I would be reevaluating my staff if I owned this franchise. I won’t be back.

I guess because Burger King is “losing money” that gives the manager in the building the right to treat paying customers like absolute trash. What a horrible experience I watched happen today was honestly disgusting. Why you thought you could humiliate someone.. making everyone in line uncomfortable.

Today, I went in with my husband and no one assisted us. We were clearly seen, yet we were left waiting. We stood there for quite some time, and at one point we even said out loud that no one was going to help us still, no one acknowledged us. There was no one at the register, and no one came to assist.
We waited for about 15 minutes before leaving because, honestly, we were completely ignored. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.Now we are in MC Donalds, great customers service.

Ordered chicken nugget kids meal through the drive-through. I received french fries and a toy with no chicken nugget in the bag. Called and explained that the food was not in the bag and they were gonna insist on arguing with me and telling me that it was put in there when it clearly wasn’t, it’s not in the bag. The bag is empty not an apology. I’m sorry. Come back. I’ll give you your food. Make it right. Nothing just silence on the phone, hoping that I would hang up so they didn’t have to deal with it never again.
