$50.69 for a whole meal? It was a surprise to me. But it was worth it! I even had one of their many cheesecakes. Hershey’s chocolate, sweet babies! Definitely would recommend this place to folks in Miami Beach. It brings me such good joy to know that this community is bringing some of my favorite places. It’s just so……beautiful.

Heard everything here was “made from scratch” and wanted to try it out. Not sure if everything is made from scratch, but regardless, it’s not very good. The food was overall bland and extremely expensive for the poor quality. Service was pretty slow on a weekday night and not helpful. Serving sizes are quite big, but honestly there are many better places to go on South Beach than this chain. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love this little plaza with full of restaurants and shops. Cheesecake Factory is located right in one of the corners. Service is great and the restaurant itself is very nice. A bit difficult to find parking specially on a weekend.

We went the day before new years. Tried to book online but it requires an american phone number and since we are tourists we didn’t have one so we couldn’t book online, you can’t reserve tables on the phone and when we went in to reserve a table for a couple hours later they told us they dont take same day reservations in person. Our only option was to stand in line and wait for a table. When we got to the front they told is it would be a 15 minute wait and they would text us so we walked around. About 30 minutes later still no text so we went back and asked about the table to which they said: They are cleaning it we will be sat in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I ask again and the person handling seating tells me they have the table and they notified us already.. I was confused and in the most I dont care tone mentioned that foreign numbers sometimes dont recieve the texts.. should’ve mentioned that before. The food was good though but this experience made it a little bitter. Their system needs serious fixing cause this is a joke.

I come to this location often but this time, Camilo was my server. He was absolutely attentive and amazing and went above and beyond for me. The bread and food and drinks and dessert came out fairly quickly and everything was very good. There were some cleanliness issues with the menu, one of the hosts wasn’t as friendly as the other hosts or the servers when I asked to be seated, and the music was VERY loud inside but Camilo’s service and kindness made up for it. Thank you Camilo for your outstanding customer service.

I was here for over an hour and had to ask three staff members besides my server for bread. Every other table around us received bread except ours. I even told my server I had asked four times after 45 mins, and she claimed they might be out—yet I watched multiple tables get served bread during that time, including during our conversation. She finally packed bread to go after our meal, and when I got home it was old, rock hard, and MOLDY with white fuzz on all 3 pieces. Completely unacceptable. Pathetic service.

If on a budget while strolling on Lincoln Road, there is the lunch special at Cheesecake Factory. Most of their lunch specials are smaller portions of many of the main course menu dishes. By the way, they still serve their delicious bread prior to serving. Atmosphere is inviting, service is excellent and their food is good.

1.) Richard, our water was very sweet and attentive and funny. He boxed up our food for us which is rare these days. We appreciate it. Richard was patient with us when we didn’t know what to order as well.
2.) Timing for the drinks and food to come out was great. Super quick!
3.) Quality of the food was amazing! I had the stuffed mushrooms with mashed potatoes and green beans. The wine sauce on the portobello mushrooms really helped give the green beans some more flavor. It was so good.
4.) Cheesecake: The celebratory cheesecake was so good. Was better than I thought it was going to be.
5.) Atmosphere: Felt like an affordable fine dinning experience. Lighting and music was great.

Started the meal with some lovely warm bread, my shrimp and chicken Gumbos was so delicious, kids pasta with Alfredo sauce was tasty and came with big portions, burger was nice but nothing special ( sweet potato chips were good), the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and chocolate tuxedo cheesecake were both amazing! Our server was nice and friendly
