We have been here twice now and haven’t been disappointed. Both times we were sat and served quickly. We do the hibachi dinner and sushi and the cooks and servers are all knowledgeable, well trained and friendly. The sushi is fresh and they have a great selection of rolls to choose from. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for Japanese cuisine or a casual date night.

Today was me and my boo first time at this establishment. We are both black women for context. I found this place on google and looked up the reviews. Checked the website for their menu to get an idea of what we would want to eat . I called and made a reservation the lady asked me how many and I told her two for 8pm. We showed up checked in and it was about 10-15 min wait for the hibachi side. A lady showed us to the table and we were about to sit down but she said we couldn’t pick the chairs directly in front of the grill , we had to sit on the side which had us very confused. Because we were there first and the only ones at the table which lead us to look around the room. We seen the table in front of us and they were sitting in twos and one couple had a chair open next to them . and we were wondering why we couldn’t do the same so we chose to sit where we wanted anyway . Shortly after two couples sat down and nobody else came which was the first problem. because the First Lady stated that there was more people coming which was a lie. The 2nd lady gave us menus and asked what we wanted to eat; took our orders as well as everyone else’s at the same time including the appetizers. We received a salad and soup that came with the meal. The cook showed up started cooking and the couple to our left received their appetizers first. and were still waiting to the point the chef started serving everyone their food. so my boo got up and went to ask where ours was because at this point it had been over 30min. Then she proceeded to go ask for a second time and they told her that the 2nd lady who was the table waitress forgot. We couldn’t understand how when everyone’s food was on the same ticket. Long story short the lady who claimed to be the manager kept making up excuses. First she said they had no more crab cakes and then they did ,the lady forgot , claimed we ordered our food in front, said our tickets were made at different times and lastly she said the lady didn’t understand. Over all the service was poor! And the cook ALEX WAS WONDERFUL! I WILL BE BACK TO TIP HIM!!

The Sashimi is okay, price to proportion is good, doesn’t taste as fresh as I like, but still good.
Ordered the Filet and Chicken Hibachi and upgraded to the fried rice for 1.99, but soon regretted that decision as the fried rice is just some egg and seasoning mixed together and is very salty.
The miso soup was basically water with a dash of green onion and mushroom, very little soy in it.
The Hibachi filet while tender, wasn’t very tasty. The seasoning mix they use misses a little here. I was expecting a garlic butter like most other Hibachi restaurants, but it doesn’t even have a buttery taste at all… Much less any garlic.
The chicken was a touch better with the addition of some fairly light Teriyaki sauce.

Overall the food wasn’t very good, but the service was AWESOME!
I can’t say enough good things about the staff, (especially Jacob), they were excellent.
Also, the hot Sake was very good, and they have a good selection of Sapporo and Asahi to choose from.

Entertaining & Delicious!

We enjoyed the food & chef skills at the hibachi grill table. Our group of 8 ordered a variety of food and it was all delicious. Steaks were tender, shrimp, chicken, lobster, scallops, salmon all flavorful as well as their famous fried rice. Veggies were also cooked to perfection. Waitress was attentive and friendly and the prices reasonable. The evening was a treat – we’ll be back

Expected more involvement between the hibachi chef and the customers, it wasn’t as entertaining as other local hibachi restaurants. The food was plentiful, just overly salty. Also expected to see more Japanese style decor, just too modern looking for what was expected.

We’ve eaten here for years and always enjoyed it. Great staff fresh sushi, good hot sake. last Wednesday after we put in our sushi order A cockroach ran across our table and we caught it underneath our water cup and informed management they instructed us no pay that we could go without paying for our sake unfortunately, we could tell that they were aware of the roach infestation.

This place was definitely a 10! On a busy Saturday night, we did not wait to be seated or for our food very long. Our server was very polite and very patient with us as we could not make up our minds. Red snapper fish was to die for. Excellent place, great food, world class service.

Our family had dinner tonight for our granddaughters birthday! Happy 17th birthday Abbie! The food was delicious and so much to watch them do their magic at the grill. I’m sorry I don’t know our chefs name but our server Mariana was cute as a button and so sweet and friendly. The chef was super nice too!

Absolutely amazing food and huge portions. The plum wine is phenomenal and their egg rolls are just addictive. Only complaint is the ambiance, they don’t play music! So quiet I don’t want to speak lol
