Service here is always great. The problem is that McDonald’s needs to fix its app. If I have earned rewards or points, I should be able to use them. I have tried to apply them to a purchase and it doen not process for over THIRTY minutes. I tried this from my home, my job, and my car. That’s two different wifis and my 4g connection. I also tried using the McDonald’s wifi. I have had zero issues with any other apps. It’s been over a week and I have tried this repeatedly. I wanted to splurge with some fast food. I’m just going to burger king.

This old lady that smelled of cigarettes and sadness cussed under her breath the whole we were there about us “getting her ____ floors dirty” as she was cleaning them. We literally just walked to the kiosk to order food its not like I had muddy boots on. This was at 10 pm and they dont close until 11. She told us to ” just leave” after we received our food because she ” didnt want to clean the floors twice” . I am absolutely disgusted in the way me and my friends were treated on this visit. The place always has rude employees and a nasty dining area. Filthy.

I have used the drive thru several times, but i have to repeat my order 5 times every time 4 at the speaker, once at the pay window and my order is always wrong at pick up window!.

It’s just another McDonads. The service is outright terrible on some visits but there are other times where it’s great. Guess it just depends on who is working when you visit. The food depends on staff as well. Some days it seems okay and other days like they are serving you cold old food.

I can see why this place has a low rating. Rude employees, drive through window looks dirty constantly and they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. Today this encounter is what really bothered me. I pulled up to the kiosk to order and waited over 5 minutes with no answer. Another driver pulled up beside at the second kiosk and got an instant reply. There were no cars in front of me before hand no sign for an out of order kiosk. Tired of this place getting away with being downright disrespectful and the staff needs to be looked at. Horrible place, definately needs a revamp.

Tonight, my wife picked up a cheeseburger to bring home… It was raw. Raw meat, but seared brown on the outside… And grease squirted out of it. Absolutely gross. Basically as if it was fried in deep oil so only the outside would be brown.

Waited in the line to order for more than 20 minutes. Received our order after getting to the drive-up window and still after waiting in the drive thru window had to wait and additional 25 minutes. After we got our food we had to go back into the restaurant because they forgot a 10 pc nugget in our order.

Went here with my friends we ordered food casually not causing any issues and this older lady asked us to leave so she could mop at 9:40 then locked the doors on us she was rude and a jerk to us for no resone at all its 1/12/36 she is old Grey short hair and talking about us to her workers she is annoying and made me not want to go back

Ordered sausage egg cheese griddle meal with a large mocha frappe via Grub hub. The food was hot and delicious. The frapp was very good also but for a drink over $5 I just wished they filled up the cup. Other than that, all was good.
