Food is incredible and I have been going here for years. Only thing is that there is like one lady who is a little mean so depending on the day you may or may not be treated rudely but it’s literally just her. Everyone else is pretty sweet and kind.

I love the sour dough bread, it tastes so good with the turkey! Sevice was good, and dinning area was clean. The restroom was a little messy, but we were there just after lunch rush so they probably hadn’t had time to check them yet.
Schlotzsky’s is always a treat! Add the Cinnabon desert and it is a great meal!

I heard the staff talking to each other that they messed up some orders and one girl said, “don’t say anything.”
She messed up my order and the person before me.
My child didn’t get her fruit cup but did get her pizza. We also received two different sandwiches that belong to Sarah. I get mistakes happen but to know about it and not fix it is unacceptable. I even tipped 7 dollars prior. We won’t be back.

Opens at 9am. Sitting at drive thru at 9:10 am on a Saturday morning. Nobody talks to me….period. I drive around the restaurant to double check the hours. 3 cars in parking lot. Watch a kid turn on the open sign. Go back to drive thru and still no service. Waited 5 more minutes, then left. Another vehicle that was behind me was still waiting at drive thru while I drove past after getting Panera.

The food was bomb but they added wayyy too much MUSTARDDD on my sandwich. The service was fast and the people were nice and nonchalant. The atmosphere wasn’t the best to be honest. The floor was dirty as hell and it looked like it hadn’t been swept in months. The worst part was the bathrooms. It for sure looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in like months as well. If you’re getting food from Schlotzsky’s with a sandwich that has mustard just ask for light mustard and I’d for sure recommend getting takeout.

Whenever I come back to Omaha, this is one place I have to stop at. AFTER this visit this will not be a place I stop at again. I had to ask if they still sold sandwiches after standing at the counter. No menu, but nothing was said about it being down until I questioned.
The food was ok half the order wasn’t delivered had to ask for sides. Sooo disappointing.

We love coming here! The Chicken Avocado Flatbread is amazing and you have to get a center of the roll to go along with it. Christopher was super helpful!!

been going to Schlotskys since 1979 on 84th street always a great sandwich but lately this location is a 2 star at best better get your act together or you will be gone. was 430 in afternoon and place only had 3 customers I can see why sandwich was slopped together and tasted like a noon leftover.

Yes the food is great but the customer service is next level! VERY impressed with the customer service. Asked multiple times by the gentleman if we needed anything. Will definitely be back! Of course the sandwiches and bread are amazing.

When I tell you Tyler is the best! We got there right when they opened from at 9 am. He greated us kindly and explained new menu items well. He listened to us talk about how we came out of town to eat here and he made sure our experience was top notch!
