This lady is rude to the guests and rude to her coworkers. During lunch she spent the whole time yelling at the staff and complaining about being busy. Each time there was an issue with someone’s order she had an attitude as well and was unapologetic for the mistakes that mostly she was making. Almost all customers in the restaurant were in disbelief as well as the dashers coming in at the level of rudeness. Each order took about 20 mins and almost everyone there had an issue with their order being wrong so ole grumpy kept letting her frustration come out for everyone to see and hear.

WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IM DAHLONEGA! These workers are pathetic. My husband ordered a quesadilla meal with nacho cheese sauce and was given a sopping wet bag of inedible crap. He was in the store waiting on his food when he heard workers deliberately saying to “ignore the phone calls” and telling others that the people in the drive thru “should’ve been made to wait longer.” This is a fast food restaurant not a five star restaurant, we shouldn’t have to wait an hour for one quesadilla and one soft taco. The workers seemed to be taking up time chatting about diarrhea and other inappropriate topics meanwhile everybody’s food was waiting to be given out. There was barely anybody there and yet it took an hour for two items. I am never recommending this trash to anybody around here. Trashiest service I have ever seen. I’d rather eat food out of the trash than ever go there again!!

Mannn I don’t even know what happened here. We haven’t been here in a while, but they used to have some really good service, literally the nicest people working there. We had a pretty lame experience in more than a couple of ways. Between like 4 people getting their orders before my partner who literally ordered at the exact same time as me, both of our orders being incorrect, cold food we waited 20+ minutes for, and then an employee making a pile of food for themselves to eat while we are stiiillllll waitinggggg for our dang food we ordered, thats a big no from us. Bought 3 taco supreme and asked them to add jalapeños and for a total of 5 slices of jalapeño, 1 each on 2 tacos and 3 on the other, they charged $2.25. I hope they sleep well at night for gouging people. If I could give minus 5 starts I would. Also they let go one of the better people that worked there. Whomever is managing Dahlonega taco bell needs to find another job.

The girl with all the piercings she needs to be fired. She’s sitting there, eating food. You have 25 cars in a drive through, she has a headset on running a drive through how can you be eating and drinking soda on clock, then I get my food out and waiting 45 minutes for a $7 meal and it was ice cold. This staff needs to be watched very careful Taco Bell corporate. You might want to step in.

By far the worst Taco Bell i’ve been too. The employees have no sense of urgency. I have waited in drive through line for over an hour before, they complained of handing us our 4 mobile orders and after I spoke up saying they closed the lobby at 11:15 when its supposed to be open until 11:30. Don’t complain if you aren’t going to abide by the rules. Came again today to pick up 3 mobile orders and once again the are making me go around again for another 30 minutes to an hour just to pick up one mobile order that has to be made at some point. Come on now. Hire better people who have a better work ethic!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever. Going through the drive through take 30+ minutes, the employees literally have no sense of urgency at all. The most unhelpful group of people I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. Fast food should not take 30+ minutes just to get your food. Do not go here, drive the extra 20 minutes and go to dawsonville.

Dahlonega Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. They don’t acknowledge you, they do a kiosk to order your food now… and if you didn’t know that they probably won’t tell you so you can figure it out yourself. When you order they do not give you your cups, slam the food down on the counter and walk away faster than they called your name and once again don’t acknowledge you so then you have to try to get their attention so you can finally get your cup to get your drink. They were not that busy so that not an excuse, plus now that they don’t take your order half their job is being done for them. I love Taco Bell but will never eat at the dahlonega one again unless it’s under different management.

The female “assistant manager” that was working night shift at 7pm on 11/01/25 was snippy and unfriendly on the phone. Originally we had our meals with 2 drinks and one spicy ranch. She refused to give them to our dasher because it wasn’t on our ticket. It was in fact on our ticket because we got the discovery luxe box which comes with one. At the end she just said, “ fine just take them.” My dasher had to drive all the way back and I gave him 5 extra dollars. Thanks but no thanks. This is unacceptable and action should be taken.
