Ember at Provisions is a reservation-only dine-in restaurant serving smoked steaks, pork chops, chicken, and salmon with a variety of hand-crafted sides that are specialty pairings. Try one of our house-made desserts, Smoked Pecan Pie or Bourbon Bread Pudding. Reservations must be made by noon on Friday for Friday evening dining and noon on Saturday for Saturday evening dining.

Wow, is all I can say. If you want to have an incredible ine of a kind steak you gotta try Ember.
What an incredibly well cooked and extremely flavorful steak. When they say it is a smoked steak that it is.
Definitely the best steak I have ate in Kansas or Oklahoma and probably the best steak I have ever had. Tender, juicy, tasty, and just leaves your mouth clamoring for the next bite.
The sides and desserts were smoked and just as tasty.
Yes you have to book in advance I would suggest at least a few days ahead. You order when you make your reservation but that is so they can start smoking it an hour or two before you arrive. Definitely worth it.
