Ok, love Wendy’s food, but you just lost a customer for life. $.54 for one container of dipping sauce??? Spend $12 for med fries, some chicken tenders and a medium drink and you have then charge me $.54 for sauce to dip??? I will, and I promise, never at at Wendy’s again…too many other burger and chicken spots around you. One customer may not seem like much, but what you have lost from me, my family, my kids, and so on WILL be felt.

Employees decided to mess with my food because they messed my original sandwich up! They gave me a squished sandwich with a whole bunch of old cold hard fries in the bottom. I did not order fries. These people should be fired. It is against the law to tamper with someone’s food! God only knows what else they did!

My daughter order the new Wednesday chicken nugget meal. They weren’t enough cooked/ready so she stood at the counter and waited for them to be packaged. While standing there she witnessed the young man working the front counter reach in with his bare hand and eat a nugget in the front area. That is very unhygienic behavior from a front counter employee. My daughter didn’t feel comfortable confronting the young man about it be she’s a teenager, she ended up throwing the nuggets away without eating any because it grossed her out.
We will not be eating here again because of that, employees should be taught better.

My partner and nephew recently visited a Wendy’s restaurant located on Loundon Road in Concord, New Hampshire. Upon entering the parking lot, we observed the employees engaged in their mobile devices. When my nephew attempted to utilize the app that the employees had recommended, he was disregarded. The app was malfunctioning, and the employee responded with a dismissive gesture when my nephew inquired about assistance.

My first experience was disappointing. They got a simple order completely wrong and seemed confused about others. On a later visit, they completely forgot to take my order and I waited 10 minutes before giving up. I would not recommend this place.

Employees are nice enough, food leaves something to be desired, even for a fast food joint. Can’t even be bothered to give us more than a scrap of lettuce. This has happened consistently anytime I go too. Seems Concord just has lousy fast food.

They messed up my order. I asked for chicken nuggets and got a burger instead. There was a dude helping the guy at the cash register. When we handed them the money, they spent a minute or two counting 28 bucks!
