This McDonald’s is horrible. Just like all the other bad reviews, they have too many teenagers with bad attitudes and just don’t care. I went through the drive-through the African-American girl that took my order. She was rude. She was extremely dry. You could tell that she was not in the mood at all. They don’t acknowledge you. She just stuck her hand out for my payment. They really don’t do anything & no-one deserves that type of treatment especially when I’m spending my money. You do not have to worry about me returning, but I will be reaching out to corporate and I will be calling this particular location on Monday morning to further escalate this because it’s ridiculous and this is like my third time having a horrible experience so that’s more than enough for me. It was two Caucasian girls and one African-American all three of them had horrible attitudes and the Caucasian girl that was at the window that was giving me my food. She gave me a sprite that was almost halfway full so I asked her did she mind filling it up, she grabbed it aggressively & she shoved it back in my hand aggressively. I really couldn’t believe it. I also showed her my fries they were half full as well. So she grabbed them aggressively & walked away! I asked her, her name and she said “why” so I had to ask for a manager. A Hispanic guy came to the window but in all honesty he didn’t care. He had a claw clip literally sitting on top of his head looking foolish. The owner seriously need to correctly train these kids or get rid of them! You should take pride in your business & the way that it’s being ran. Stop ignoring these reviews and do something about them! It’s NOT okay. McDonald’s already has a bad reputation for bad service.

Whoever this little girl is y’all have working as shift manager overnight needs training I’ve pretty much had it when an order is taken the DoorDash every single store as a courtesy replaces food unavailable at pick up time . It’s a courtesy to the platform and it’s a courtesy to the Customer Saying I’ll do it for you this time in quotes as if you’re doing me or the Customer a favor me by delivering it the Customer by purchasing smacks squarely in the face of all that is customer service and continued business bottom line. It does not keep money coming this little girl needs training. this little girl apparently didn’t know that so I canceled the order because I will not go back-and-forth with a someone that clearly does not know what they’re talking about and apparently has no experience in this arena.. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with her lack of understanding of how things work and I’m over it. Please find a replacement that knows how to do things properly. Thank you oh and by the way, someone with a little bit of personality would Help.

Ok. Grabbed breakfast here. Bit into the hash brown and the oil was rancid. Hash brown smelled like pure garbage. When I brought it to their attention, the staff proceeded to say very unpleasant things about me in a different language that they assumed I couldn’t understand. She then comes up to me and asks if I want my money back. I told her that I was more concerned about what she said than the food at that point. She looked at me like I had 2 heads. I just left. Never eating at this location again.

This morning was the 3rd or 4th time I have stopped there and bought a large soda and once again the soda had no soda ( coke, sprite or Fanta orange) taste. The flavor is missing on the Sprite and the cokes,,, the fuzz/ bubbles are missing from the orange. This is ridiculous.. perhaps whoever makes / mixes the drinks should taste it before selling to customers.. I am giving you money for poor product that I don’t find out it’s missing the taste until I get home ( too late , too far and why should I expect better from McDonald) to return.

Went through the drive through just now and asked for a McChicken and small fry. I asked why it was only 4 bucks, I was told because it is a two for one, I said ok. Get my small bag and drive off. Get home, it’s a small fry and chicken nuggets with honey mustard ♀️. With two wrong order recipes for a frozen cherry to go with nuggets and a small fry. I have the wrong order. Too small to mess up but I guess not.

There is a lot of children working at this McDonald’s they don’t acknowledge customers when your standing there waiting on top of the attitudes until someone get dragged through the store please hire more professional employees no manners and can’t multi task they focus more on mobile orders and drive thru…. being cross trained is the key it’s ridiculous!

I asked for a med sweet tea and saw the young was making a small sweet tea. I told her it should be a med so, I guess she fill another cup with ice and poured the small in the med cup… poor service…this lady needs to get another job…she does care about this one. I wonder how much tea is actually in this cup?
