This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I previously informed you, but again, my kids’ Happy Meal was missing 2 chicken nuggets—they received 4 pieces instead of 6. It’s disappointing, especially since we pay for the full meal. Please make sure orders are complete so customers aren’t missing items.

Today with my family we stopped to get a quick lunch. Eating at Mickey d’s is always a gamble from poor food to poor service including the order being wrong. We were at this location today, ordered our food, and proceeded to check the order as we were missing sauces. Ignoring how incompetent the cashier that took the order was, we paid for our food and was serviced by the manager at the front window. He did not want to allow us time to check our large order and insisted that we move on cause he has a line. We are also apart of that line. I can’t say I expect even 3 star service at a McDonald’s but this was completely unnecessary. Let’s us check our barely mediocre food that we spent our lil pennies on. I hope they get a gold star from daddy McDonald’s for prioritizing “fast service” over efficient service. I would say I’m not coming back but who knows it’s McDonald’s unfortunately and we gotta eat. But never this location again.

Every time I come inside of this establishment, no one ever greets me. Not even the manager, who is clearly right there and can see you. He is too preoccupied with other individuals and on his cell phone instead of actually greeting the customer when they walk in. I just wasted 20 minutes of my time due to a glitch on the app and then coming inside for assistance and never receiving a greeting to even specify my problem. Do better.

Yesterday, 10/18/25, I went through the drive through and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a round egg meal. When I got to the cashier, she said it back as a sausage/ egg/cheese biscuit and I told her, “no sausage” and that I said “bacon.”
I’m allergic to sausage so I’d never order sausage. She said she’d fix it and to pull forward. I paid and went to the next window for my meal. The teenaged boy handed me the bag, said, “Have a good day,” and I left for work.
Once I got to work to eat my food, I saw that the cashier never fixed it as she said would and it was still sausage which I can’t eat without a reaction. I then checked the receipt and it was still labeled as sausage. Total waste of my money and I had to go without eating anything other than the hashbrown at work until I got home.

Rude employee. On the top of that she pocketed my change. I had to call someone to give it back to me. It’s not my problem if u don’t get paid enough or u hate ur job. You accepted this job, you need to do it right. She didn’t even say thank you or any simple things that they taught her at training.

Overall this location is good. The guy at the order window seemed a bit ignorant or maybe he was high. He kept laughing and saying ummm what. Food was good, some of my items were missing the Monopoly game pieces.

The best McDonald’s I ever visited by far. Staff is super friendly, food was fresh and tasty. The amenities are very clean and safe.
Even if you’re 30m away from this location I totally recommend coming here.
