Reviews
We ordered the Bolani with leaks – the portion size was really large, even for two people. It was absolutely delicious. I also got the subzi challaw. It was vegan and super flavorful. My partner tried the chicken kebab and didn’t have any complaints.
Very delicious food
Super friendly stuff
For the ratings. Honestly if there is more than 5 star I will give it
Thanks guys
We arrived at 8:55 PM and were told dine-in closes at 9:00 PM, while Google Maps clearly lists your closing time as 9:30 PM. Please fix that. No one should drive 45 minutes only to be told they are not welcome.
After insisting—because we had already driven a long distance and there was still time—we were seated, but deliberately placed at a table by the front entrance, in the area usually reserved for delivery drivers waiting. Not in the dining room. Not where other customers were seated. We sat there shivering from the cold air coming from the door while being told the side dining area was “closed,” despite customers actively sitting there. That felt humiliating.
At 9:28 PM, while food was still in our mouths, a staff member walked up and said, “I’m sorry, but we have to go please.” No courtesy. No patience. Just get out.
This is not Afghan hospitality. This is not how Afghans treat guests. It was embarrassing to witness and deeply disappointing to experience. The lady involved should be ashamed, and the worker was clearly more concerned with leaving than allowing paying customers to finish their last bites.
I did not ask for free food. I paid like everyone else. Basic respect should not be too much to ask.
Look at your cameras and you’ll see the story yourself.
I write this with genuine disgust in my gut. If this review hurts the business, so be it—because even good food does not excuse bad treatment. Please do better.
I don’t even like olives but I happily ate all the ones that came with my salad.
The bread came with a peculiar green dipping sauce. I was dubious of the sauce but it actually tasted amazing, as did the bread.
The chicken with the chicken kebob… before you even taste it you’re met with a wonderful charred aroma, and the flavor is even better.
I only left off a star for service because the wait staff was pretty scarce even though I was the only person there, and they didn’t take away finished plates as they were finished… but no big deal.
Same with atmosphere. No music, shabby interior, but they’re making the most of what they have. Again, not a big deal. The place is clean and the food is good, that’s what really matters (hence 5 stars!).
