Incredibly laid back place. Didn’t really know what to expect coming in on a random Thursday night, but it was exactly what I was looking for without knowing it. Good food for a good price. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Music at just the right volume. Crowd wasn’t noisy at all. Red lighting makes it feel like you’re in a dive bar even though you’re not. Very happy I stopped by.

If you love Mexican street food – fajitas, tacos, enchiladas.. you must go to Red Cadillac. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is lively. Their tequila – like no otheer! This place is a gem. The Red Cadillac is authentic and everything you want it to be – straight from the heart. Most restaurants that serve Mexian ‘street food’ have been commercialized. This place is the exact opposite. Here, you get comforting, warm, home-y, family flavor. My partner and I met the owner, Joe, at an event. He mentioned The Red Cadillac and of course, being foodies, we wanted to try. At the restaurant we met his daughter, Joliet, who treated us like family. They had live music, as I believe they usually do on Friday/Saturday. Normally, this is something I don’t love during dinner. However – I enjoyed myself IMMENSELY. I have actually never had so much fun just going out for dinner. The music was great – an acoustic guitarist making his own spin on all types of different songs. Sheesh, I was even singing along. Overall, the entire experience was awesome, from the food, to the drinks, to the music. I will go back again and again. Don’t forget to try their very own, family recipe, Tequila. I don’t even like tequila.. and my goodness, I LOVED this tequila. Make sure you stop by. You won’t regret it.

Started with the street corn appetizer, followed by the coconut shrimp tacos special, which were phenomenal, and washed them down with The Tow Truck frozen Coronarita. Great date spot. Will revisit to try the infused tequilas!

The food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I almost threw up eating my fish tacos. The margarita was wayyy too sweet and the sangria tasted like cough medicine. The service was great tho …. But I would highly recommend not eating here.

Went to a birthday dinner with 8 people, table was setup and ready way before we got there. Waitress, hostess and manager were all extremely accommodating even when we decided to take over the live music. Food was excellent if you like hit sauce, ask for the stuff from the kitchen. They will arn you but it’s worth it. Also, salsa is some of the best around.

We had to wait a few minutes before we were given water, drinks, and menus, but after that, the service was solid. The menu is creative with unique options, and everything we ordered was full of flavor.

I’ve never had a bad experience/meal here. Live music at nights on the weekends most of the times, and i always look forward to coming back. The 4.3 rating on google should really be 4.9. Food is made fresh daily and the staff is super friendly/helpful.

I saw this restaurant on IG and food looked delicious so I wanted to give it a try. The Atmosphere was inviting and dim. We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded. I ordered what I saw on IG assuming it will look the same. I wanted to try the corn but didn’t see it on the menu. I was a little disappointed about that. I asked the waiter if they had the corn and she said yes. I was happy to hear it but wondered why it wasn’t on the menu. We wanted some vegetables to go with our meal but they didnt have any, besides the corn. While waiting for the food we ordered shots. It was the most delicious tequila I ever tasted! It came in several different flavors. I ordered six different flavors. When the food came it didn’t look anything like the IG post. Was a little disappointed in that as well. The food was ok. The corn was amazing! I would go back just for the corn and tequila. Food was ok.

Horrible food! Nothing about this place is authentic. For starters the guac tastes like nothing the order of faulted literally burnt to ashes and the shrimp tacos were ok at most. Had a strawberry lemonade which taste like straight mixers. 1 and done. Will never be back.

My husband surprised me tonight and took me to the red Cadillac. I was very impressed. The ambience was beautiful. It was very romantic and our server greeted us with such positive vibes. His name is Todd and he was amazing with us this evening and so were a few other servers.
The owner Joe came to our table and welcomed us. He was very relaxed and chill and cool and very warm and welcoming. He had a certain charm about him and we couldn’t stop complementing him on how delicious the food was. We also had the pleasure of meeting his daughter……Jolie….. sweet hearted and a true beauty.
That is always an added, plus when people are serving your food. Everyone in there was so neat and clean. The music was lovely and now to the food…………..
The food was super Duper fresh & fantastic portions. My husband had chicken fajitas that were out of this world, and I had the fish tacos with a generous portion of fish and slaw on top. We also had garlic shrimp appetizers, and street corn that was A+ plus
I’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants, but I will say this salsa and chips is the freshest and so tasty!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!
We really had a LOVELY experience, super warm, super friendly, super fresh food great portions fair priced and overall I give it a 10 out of a 10 maybe a 10+!
