– Chicken and Rice Bowl: A bit spicy for my son (maybe the queso blanco?), but delicious and great quality.
– Service: Quick and VERY cheerful.
– Atmosphere: It was a bit messy and dirty, but there were a lot of people. Our table was clean, though.

Stood in line for close to 30 min only to find out that they have no steak, no chicken, and no queso. All while there are 5 people standing and talking in the back. Then I get to the counter to pay and there is a sign that says exact change only, I stood in line for 30 min and saw 3 people get change back in cash so I assume that the sign is not enforced currently. I hand a $20 bill to pay and they don’t have change for it (my luck). So a short guy with long black hair in the back says to the cashier in front of me that there are 2 signs in front of my face and I should have known better. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to yet, it’s actually pathetic how poorly managed this location is.
Maybe put signs in the line that say “we may be out of ingredients because we don’t prepare properly”

I’ve gone to this location a good handful of times in the past month or two. Every single time the white rice has had no cilantro at all. I’ve ordered a few quesadillas as well, since they’re my favorite thing on the menu (and for some reason you have to order that on the app which is stupid), and every single time they cut it wrong (supposed to be a diagonal cut), and SKIMP on the meat and cheese, to the point that there’s more tortilla than meat, and it’s on the dry side as well.
This is the only location where I have these problems since I work in other parts of the state and have been to several locations and they’re all far better than this one. The problems are so consistent that I’m starting to think management is the issue. Also they have a shelf for mobile orders but for some reason they don’t use it, and instead just hold them back at the counter. There’s nothing that says this anywhere so I’ve waited quite a while for mine previously before finally asking about it, and by then the food was cold. Also the chips here are almost always stale and not properly salted.
Today’s visit was especially bad, since I waited in line for 20+ minutes before finally getting to order. The reason was because the two employees up front were moving painfully slowly and not dividing the work the proper way which made it take longer. The burrito was more like a smooshed up ball of tortilla and mush that was spilling out of the foil wrap. I had to ask for a bowl to contain it. And with all that downtime of the other cashier, you’d think they could’ve stocked forks and napkins but they were completely empty by the time I got there.
I love chipotle but I will probably stop coming to this location because the food costs way too much to be putting up with this.

i ordered my food in a timely manner expecting it in at a reasonable time. unfortunately my expectations were not met. i work in the service industry and i am completely disappointed in this. it took them over 25 minutes with only 3 guests in the store to make my bowl.

This particular location is FANTASTIC! The had a JBL Bluetooth speaker in the back providing an excellent playlist for all customers to enjoy. Sounded worlds better than the installed system does! I had a chicken burrito, the chicken was tender, juicy and seasoned to perfection! The white rice and black beans were spot on as well. Everyone behind the counter werenin a good mood, those in which I interacted with were very professional. I believe one of their names was Aaron. Definitely a VERY well run chipolte. The restaurant was very clean despite the slushy snow outside. The kitchen was spotless and well organized. Overall a superb Chipolte experience!

This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. Ill set the scene: you walk in and the first thing that hits you is the loud inappropriate rap music blaring through the speakers. Trash and old food lines all available surfaces. The trash cans overflow while forks knives and napkins remain unstocked. You walk into the line, literally kicking trash from the floor and you face the cold stare of a worker. The music is so loud you. Cannot hear them. They are frustrated at you for that. You smile and hope they will smile back, but they loudly shout BOWL OR BURRITO?! You shape up, knowing they are already frustrated, understaffed and probably underpaid. You point to your selections, the music gets louder. They are out of almost everything, you order a flimsy bowl with what they have. You get to the checkout, no greeting, just waiting for payment. You ask for chips, but this might be too much. They say they are all out. Bags of chips line the walls. You pay, take your food. You take your food home and bite into nice hard rice, lucky for you everything is ice cold and the meat is so cooked its like a beef jerky bowl! You tell customer service qbout your experience and ended up talking with AI who awards you one free drink. Hallelujah.

Walked in and every trash bin was overflowing onto the floor, tables were filthy, the prep areas were also filthy. Had a pickup order and it showed that my order was ready but when I was able to get someone to ask they said it wasn’t ready. Waited a lot longer, lots of others were waiting as well. There was no manager to be found, no structure whatsoever, employees standing around, saw one eating the meat as they were cooking. You have numerous employees busting their butts and others just standing there. I ordered a chicken salad and barely had any lettuce and the rice wasn’t cooked through. Someone seriously needs to get this location in shape, it’s really bad.
