A AWSOME!!! little restaurant in the heart of Orting Washington. My food, I had the biscuit and gravy platter. I’m picky about my hashbrowns and bacon being extra crispy. Today they were over the top perfect. The atmosphere was great as well . Country music in the background and the train going around was a nice added attraction. Heidi, my server was incredible. For those who are reading this review and want to try a great place to eat in Orting. Then, your search is over. I don’t think there is a better place in Orting. It’s the only place I’ve been to, but I would be surprised if they could be topped. Thank you for a great experience.

For a home town cafe, this place is perfect. Great food and great service. We are from Texas and their chicken fried steak and sweet tea is Texas approved! The hand battered crust was crispy and tasty. And the steak was a 1/2 inch thick in most places and cooked to the correct temp. My wife said she would have liked a little more of the crispy crust 🙂 Their chicken fried chicken was awesome too. If we lived closer, we would be here more often.

We were first time customers and we will be coming back.
We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party and we were seated at a long table near the kitchen.
Our food took about 30mins to get to our table and our waitress offered a cinnamon roll, but we declined. We appreciated the update on our order.
We will be back when we visit Washington!

I’ve been back a couple times, and have had consistently good food and service here. Brought my family here today, see pics.

Been coming here since they opened the doors. Absolutely LOVE Tim’s. I can think of only one time I had a breakfast that was sub-par, every other time, though (usually once or twice a month since they opened), it’s been amazing.
Recommend the Smothered Stack for breakfast…My Dad loves the 6oz sirloin off the senior menu for dinner…Always cooked spot on to temp.
I’ll probably be a Tim’s customer ’til the day I die. 10/10

Two ladies who served us were amazing. Such great service. Food was hot and delicious. We had the pretzels and cheese sauce to start, highly recommend. We both had crispy chicken sandwiches for our mains, also a must! It was clean, not too loud, enjoyable experience.

Where do I even begin?! I was having a really hard day and a long day at that. I got home and didn’t want to cook so I decided instead of going into Tim’s Kitchen I would order from Tim’s and hope the food came fresh and it was good. I’ve been in there a few times and I believe this is the same waitress I’ve had when I’ve came in after work but I’m not totally sure.
Anyway, I got my food and I’m opening it up and I notice this bright piece of paper in there and thought oh weird and then I read it. It put a smile on my face and for it to even be “personalized” means she took the time out of her day to write me a note just because… She didn’t have to do that.. She could have just thrown my food in there like every other place does. She also added ketchup, napkins, and utensils so I didn’t need to get off my couch for anything which was much needed. I know it’s a little gesture but now days it’s hard to get good business let alone good people anywhere I feel like.. People that enjoy their job and want to make you smile. If that was her intent than it worked. I am sure I’m not the only one she writes these to but just know little touches like this go a long way so thank you Ashlee for making my evening a little brighter on a very long day.
I will be stopping in soon and hope to meet you if I haven’t already!

I’ve been going to this place for over 13 years. The food is always great. Service is always friendly. They always accommodate my son’s request for a window seat. The salad bar is my favorite item, but the chicken is a close second. The train is a nice touch.
