I always tell myself why do I have to go to McDonald’s at times when I know what I’m going to get. Bad service, food that makes you sick and prices that does not justify it, but they use put something in this food that makes you come back. This time Im not coming back. I thought I was going to be out in 10 minutes since I was the 2nd person in line. Wound up taking 30 minutes. They told me to go in a parking lot. What is that all about? Years ago, I used to get my food in half the time. Sad. McDonald’s is going to lose business just as Burger King has recently. They have to think out of the box to survive the times.

This McDonald’s is easily the worst McDonald’s ever anytime you order something online and you go to the drive-through they make you wait so it looks like their drive-through times are fast for corporate pleasure but it’s horrible. You’re always waiting an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get your food they tell you to park up And you just have to wait. It’s honestly ridiculous when people are running on a schedule you would think coming to McDonald’s is a three minute thing, especially if you’re already done the ordering online no not here

This McDonald’s consistently provides a disappointing experience. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I’m asked to pull into a reserved parking spot and end up waiting around 15 minutes for my order. It’s extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Nobody wants to sit in the reserved spots waiting
