My wife and I live in Missoula, and we just had to come to Great Falls and go to Chili’s! I use to go when I lived in Washington and my wife had never been to one. So, we took a nice drive and went; were not disappointed. Just like I remembered, awesome food, and the service from all the staff was phenomenal.
We both got the ribs platter and the meat was delicious!! Very savory.
The place was very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

First time ever going in to eat. And it was amazing our server was super cool, and made us feel welcomed. On top of that the food was top notch. Definitely recommend the 3 dips and chips, chicken sandwich and the chicken.

I visited the Chili’s on the SW bypass in Great falls Montana, 20th of February, 6:30 p.m. Got the chicken enchilada soup, and that was all. GOT DEATHLY ILL. Paid $7.95 for a tiny portion so-called “bowl.” But thank goodness I didn’t eat more. Perfectly healthy before I ate the soup. VERY SICK after eating it. Never again with this place.

Our experience here was wonderful. Our server, Shad, was so kind and was very helpful. When we asked for a to-go box for our chips, he returned with a whole bag of chips and salsa! Will definitely return again!

Man! I don’t know who was cooking last night, but he/she cooked my food perfectly! My burger was perfection! A little crispy and browned on the outside, juicy pn thr inside. It seriously was the best burger I have had in a long time! Better than the good burger joints around here. I normally complain about takeout food, my family will vouch for this! Not a big fan. I made positive comments while eating even, lol. Great job tonight!

Went to dinner last night. We usually eat at home because we’re always disappointed when we go out. Honestly our expectations were pretty low.
First off, when we walked in there were two lovely young ladies that greeted us and seemed happy to be there.
Then, we met our serverJacob. What a hoot! We had the best time with him. He was on top of everything and did it with joy.
Our food………. I. have never had a better burger! It was done perfectly and had a nice crust on it. My husbands steak was delicious as well, he said. We have finally found our go to place if we go out.

Arrived at 8:pm, Second night in a row because food was really good the first night!!!
Second night, Thought it was odd they appeared to be shutting down for the night. Sweeping under us as we are sitting at our chairs watching a game.
I tried to order and they where out of all vegetables except mashed potatoes, fries and corn. Had excuses. Tried to order queso and chips and they’re out of queso. Took 25 minutes for my husband to receive his steak. Seemed like they had to defrost it or something. The employees seemed uninterested in working this night.
My husband ordered the Surf and Turf, while I just want some vegetables. Luckily they have Don Julio because that was my dinner.

First time eating Chili’s in 15 years. Gotta say, I was impressed. Got chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and ingredients were all fresh and food was piping hot. Not much to eat by the hotels, but this is a LOT better than nearby Taco Del Mar which I love but not that horrific location.
