The location in Okechobee is absolutely terrible. Me and 3 friends dined in and it took over 40 minutes for us to get our food and they got our order entirely wrong TWICE! After being there an hour waiting on supposedly “fast food” and missing 3 entrees and messing up the same shake twice we decided to leave. Service is horrible, they were clearly pissed that we wanted our food fixed, but we payed $70 and didn’t get half of our meal. There were maybe 3 tables total in the restaurant so they clearly weren’t busy and they were rude regardless of the fact that they messed up our food.

Went through the drive thru to pickup mobile order and was told repeatedly that they didn’t have it, even though I was charged and was there when the app said to be there by. When my husband tried to show her on the phone…she informed him that he didn’t need to get snappy with her that she wasn’t the one and shut the windows. In the meantime another girl was making our order, now how did you know what to make if you don’t have the order. So yeah there’s that, customer service was not good and the attitude was not necessary. Until today we’ve never had a problem.

Foods always relatively good. The price is a little high. We ordered the chicken tender meals, that didn’t come with a drink, and it was around $12 per person, but it was a 6 piece. Everything else was good so I don’t have anything bad to say about this place other than their chicken tender basket, that doesn’t come with a drink, is a little expensive and the cheese that came with my pretzel sticks was cold so I wasn’t able to really eat it with the pretzel sticks. Still, not going to give them a bad review because their ice cream is amazing and everything else is usually okay. I don’t expect to go to dairy Queen and get a five-star meal because it’s an ice cream place but while you’re there you can get something that will fill your belly and taste good. Service was amazing!

Came through drive thru, and once arriving at the window I realized I had to transfer funds to my bank. As I did this there was an African American woman inside the building that began to talk about how long it was taking and how there’s a line! Mind you when I pulled up we were the only car there, not only that but she could have told me to pull back
around or come inside to pay if she was that concerned with her times in drive thru. She just kept on running her mouth so as a grown woman I addressed it. She wanted to say I’m not talking to you I’m talking to her ( meaning the employee at the drive thru window) I responded “ yeah, well I’m talking to you.” She shut the window which didn’t offend me since I didn’t want to hear her rude comments. There was another girl with a red shirt and glasses I believe she said her name was Ashely…she was very sweet! The employee at the window when we drove up was also sweet and patient. Unfortunately with the way that individual acted which I believe she was a manager ( I don’t see how) but I won’t be going back there. I asked for hut fudge sundae with nuts and they gave me one with chocolate sauce….HA JOKES ON YOU CAUSE I STILL ATE IT AND LIKED IT!!

I came with my family to get some ice, and as we pulled into the drive-thru, there was an employee standing in the middle of the entrance, on her phone, with her back turned. Obviously, we couldn’t get through, so my husband honked to get her attention. As we drove by, she started saying something, so my husband stopped to address her, and she told him he “didn’t have to do all that.” Well, how else were we supposed to get through when she was blocking the way on her phone?
Then, when we got to the speaker to order, the employee said, “Sorry, we can’t take your order.” I asked why, since the restaurant was clearly not closed—it was only 8 PM, and closing time is 11 PM. After a moment of silence, she proceeded to ask for our order anyway.
When we got to the window, I asked the young lady why they initially refused to take our order. She told me, “My manager said not to take it.” It turns out the person in the parking lot on her phone—the one blocking the drive-thru—was actually the manager, Nicole. For a manager to instruct her staff not to serve customers out of spite is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. That is not leadership, and someone behaving this way should not be in a management position.
The young lady who took our order was very polite and definitely helped make the situation better. She was simply following her manager’s instructions.

My order is almost aways wrong or lacking. A woman 2 days ago that works there gave me attitude and got into my face because i was frusturated, so i said the size of the “sundaes” were wrong and i meant blizzard, she gave me attitude, corrected me like i was a child and told me to look at her when im a literal mother, very disrespectful, my kids were in the car or i wouldve defendes myself. All in all, only go here if your okay with being disrespected at the okeechobee location. I was respectful and showed only a little attitude which i take responsibility for. But she had no right to be 2 inches from my face.

Two of the cheeseburgers were fresh three of them were not. The fries are okay, the onion rings were chewy and old really terrible. The area behind the Border counter where they prepare the desserts was a real mess. Not appetizing at all. I will say everybody was courteous
