Friend invited us here tonight and had reservations (recommended). Our friend ordered the Kamayan Feast. I don’t eat pork so they prepared a separate plate for me. The manager checked ✅ on us and comped us some potstickers. Everything was amazing! Our waitress was prompt, courteous, and personable! Atmosphere was great. Located in the Gulch with a paid parking garage right next to restaurant.

The Crazy Rice was the highlight—amazing flavor and perfectly grilled chicken, though the shrimp was a bit tough.While the oxtail was tender, it was a bit mushy, and the roti taco was too oily and over-topped. I also found the lime zest in the strawberry lemonade quite overpowering. What made this experience 10/10 was the service. My server was personable, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the food and drinks. But overall, for the price I was expecting a bit more precision in the food and drink execution.

I could eat here weekly. I’ve never experienced this type of service. He was extraordinary. Very polite, timely, and very knowledgeable on the menu. He took his time in explaining each section and provided recommendations from each. Our party had the roti tacos, two of the crispy rice options, oxtail potstickers, and a sushi roll. My favorite was the oxtail potstickers but everything was delicious. The flakiness of the roti made the tacos a little weird to eat but the flavor was worth it. If you enjoy Asian fusion, this place is definitely for you.

Loved everything, we had a reservation since it was for valentines and of course the place was packed but still really comfortable to sit and walk around, no biggie.
The food was amazing and just knowing is fresh specially the sushi had me and my lady with peace of mind

To the point that she told us after giving us our ticket that hey yall don’t feel rush to leave (they were about to close I think) just have fun and enjoy the night!

Fantastic Asian fusion restaurant in Nashville. Inside is modern and stylish with a bit of an upscale vibe. Plenty of seating. A good place for groups or a nice date. The food is amazing. The crispy pata and miso cod are absolute must trys.

The food was delicious and our server Mikel was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select delicious dishes, especially the ube waffles and Japanese chicken. The highlight for me were the pork belly bao and the ube espresso martini. The oxtail potstickers were a close second.

Sunda is the best seafood restaurant in Nashville. I said what I said. In a landlocked city, the seafood options don’t shine so we are so lucky to have this gem. Three words: lobster wagyu roll. Yes, it’s expensive and trust us, it is worth it. The drinks are creative and balanced, and the dining room feels both elegant and relaxed at once.
Parking is easy with the nearby garage (a small but major win in Nashville), and everything about the evening felt polished without being stuffy. Sunda makes any occasion feel special and is just as enjoyable for a casual night out. Highly recommended!

We had dinner here for the first time before a concert and the food was excellent. The only thing better than the food was our server, Alex. From offering excellent menu descriptions and all his favorites to helping select the perfect drink (you must try the peared sake), Alex went above and beyond to make our experience incredible! Highly recommend!
